In winter, the slope passes in front of the house, and the lift goes up behind the house. In summer, we are a little hidden and can be reached via a short gravel road. Bright and friendly apartment (50m²) in historic Tyrolean townhouse close to the center of Brixlegg and at the entrance of the Alpbach Valley. The apartment is on the 2nd floor (no elevator) and is equipped with an anteroom, a living room, a dining room, a very small bedroom with a French double bed (160 cm x 200 cm), as well as a newly renovated mini bathroom with shower. The sun can be enjoyed wonderfully on the terrace with magnificent views of the Sonnwendjoch.

Our bungalow is 57m² in size and has 2 double bedrooms, a bathroom and a kitchen-living room. The kitchen with dining area is very well appointed. The living room also can accommodate 2 people on the sofa bed. A small terrace completes the coziness of our house. You can park in front of the house in the carport with storage for ski, ski boots, tobogganing, bikes and everything that can't find space in the living room.
