This cozy 16m² room features an individual en-suite bathroom, a sitting area/desk, and a private 18m² terrace, offering the charm of an attic-style room. The large wooden terrace, located on the upper floor, provides a privileged view of the lush countryside. Equipped with chairs, tables, and loungers, the terrace becomes a true living space during the warmer days. Bedding and towels are provided. We rent a totally independent space, consisting of 2 bedrooms, a sitting area, in our house in the countryside. Close to Le Mans, the place is ideal for a family with children, a couple of friends, business trips or a stopover on the way to vacation: 10 min from A11 exit, 20 min from 24-hour circuit, 45 min from Laval, 4.5 hours from Calais. Secure parking on the property. You can also enjoy the outdoors - garden terrace - weather permitting.

At the gates of the 24h circuit, you can ideally enjoy the great events punctuating the mancelle year, but also the mancelle region. In a large house, you'll have all the comforts you need to rest. Private bathroom and WC except for major events on the circuit . Easy parking in the courtyard with the possibility of connecting your electric car (standard socket). Breakfast can be served if desired (€5/pers).

An elegant room in an eclectic and colorful house in our image, we are a mixed French-Peruvian couple. The house dates from the 17th century and is located in the heart of the Notre-Dame-Du-Pré district, a 10-minute walk from the cathedral, Place des Jacobins and trams. Several outdoor spaces in our 500 m2 garden, a cozy living room and a kitchen are at your disposal.

You can park your car in the tiled and closed garages or in the parking lot of the enclosed courtyard. You can take advantage of the spa at €20 per day and per room. Breakfast at €7.5/person by reservation. Dinner at €20/person by reservation.
