We loved staying at this apartment with a stunning view. The neighborhood is beautiful and safe, easy to walk around. Vladimir was very responsive to every question. This was a great experience with great views and the sound of the ocean!

Everything was great: reception, laundry, hosts and of course the apartment itself! I definitely recommend this nice and quiet place! It is pretty convenient and close to downtown!

Marita was very helpful and accommodating from the beginning. The apartment was spotless, there was clean linen, a working washing machine (though no dryer and you can buy detergent at the store attached to the same building), and a fantastic view of the city from the balcony. She did have basic kitchen utensils and soap for use which was very nice.

The place is located in a wonderful part of Lima that is safe and convenient. Grocery store at a walkable distance, ocean view, large terrace with a superb grill. The bed is comfortable, as is kitchen, stocked up with everything you need to cook a decent meal, or make that morning coffee. During our stay, we actually were able to cook some fantastic meals on that kitchen and feel ok while doing that. We all know how tricky cooking on someone else's kitchen can become :) Overall, we loved our stay. Monica is an outstanding host who takes care of you as if you were a part of her own family. We loved Lima, we loved Peru and Peruvian food, but most of all, we loved beautiful Peruvian people and relaxed and friendly atmosphere.

Very good stay! The apartment was clean and comfortable, in a quiet and safe neighborhood. Very close to the Rebagliati hospital, ideal for my medical visit, and also close to Miraflores and San Isidro for walking and eating. Everything was very easy with the host. I would book it again.

The best place to stay, Claudia is an excellent host with very cordial and friendly treatment, the house is wonderful, 100% recommended. I took my one-year-old son and I loved the house from the moment we arrived. We were close to restaurants and the location was close to everything. The garden of the house is wonderful, I will be back very soon.

Excellent, very cozy house for large groups, beautiful courtyard with beautiful trees and flowers, and a turtle that was a sensation for my children. 100% recommended. Everything immaculate.

Waking up to that ocean view every morning was such a gift—absolutely breathtaking and the kind of peaceful you hope for on a trip. The neighborhood felt really safe and secure, which made the whole stay feel easy and relaxed. I loved having a private entrance—it gave me a sense of privacy and freedom that made it feel more like home. The in-unit laundry was clutch, especially for a longer stay—super convenient and made packing lighter a breeze. Location-wise, it doesn’t get much better. Just a short walk or quick Uber ride to Barranco, where I had incredible meals at namely Isolina and Canta Rana, and plenty of nearby cafes for great coffee and people-watching. The apartment was peaceful, stylish, and in the perfect spot to enjoy the ocean view without city noise. I’d absolutely stay here again.

Views are marvelous and the spacious apartment is so comfortable. We enjoyed sitting in the apartment and watching surfers, joggers and the waves rolling in.

Gabriel has been extremely easy to communicate with and very accommodating. He provided my partner and I a wonderful experience in Lima. Will highly recommend using his services again!

My family and I very much enjoyed our stay in this apartment is a very nice ,private and cozy place without outside noises that disturb us and the feeling of being in a family atmosphere. Moises behaved more than a host like a great friend who gave us his home quickly and attentive to our needs and with a great human sense. Spacious, clean, comfortable and safe. This apartment was great for our stay in Lima. Easy access walking to anything you need as well as the ocean. Our host was eager to answer questions and make our stay pleasant. I highly recommend this place and will rent it again when we come back to Lima.
