Unsere Gäste haben die obere Etage mit 90 qm für sich allein. Über eine kleine zweite Haustür gelangt man nach oben. Es gibt dort eine Wohnküche, ein großes Schlafzimmer mit 160 cm Doppelbett, ein weiteres Zimmer mit 140 cm Doppelbett, das Kaminzimmer, einen kleinen Balkon und ein Bad mit Wanne und Dusche. Im EG wohne ich mit meinem Freund und unseren 3 KATZEN, ich kann nicht ausschließen, dass die neugierigen Fellbewohner Euch mal besuchen, falls ihr die Tür zu lange offen habt.

Unsere Gästewohnung liegt mitten in der Bremer Neustadt und ist damit sehr zentral gelegen. Das Apartment befindet sich im Souterrain einer historischen Bremer Kaufmannsvilla aus dem Jahre 1895. Wir haben die Wohnung 2018 frisch renoviert und liebevoll eingerichtet. Fußläufig kann man von hier aus die schöne Stadt Bremen erkunden. In unmittelbarer Nähe finden Sie viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, den täglichen Wochenmarkt, Restaurants, Bars, Cafés, Schwimmbad, u.v.m.
