The loft is about 130 square meters, ceiling height 5.5 meters 50% of the area is designed for wellness & living only. Bathtub, daybed, 2-person spiral shower and Real wood fireplace leave nothing to be desired. In summer, a 5 x 4 meter gate can be opened which makes the lower loft area a convertible. We are renting out the main part of a freshly renovated former school building. The house is ideal for relaxing, making music or for groups who have to work in the area of Weilburg. You can get to Frankfurt fair by car in about an hour. Our children have now flown the nest and we don't want to share the beautiful home with just the bats. We live in the romantic Gelbachtal between Westerwald and Taunus. Hikers and cyclists have now discovered the great location of the place. Our peaceful Gelbach flows into the Lahn very close by. Not far away are the towns of Nassau and Bad Ems (Bad Emser thermal baths only 20 minutes away). Our place is located on beautiful footpaths and bike paths.

Stay in the old town hall of Laurenburg in the English country house style on the Lahn. We invite you to stay, summer and winter - feel at home in our vacation home. The house offers a cozy bedroom with a small desk for home office days, a spacious bathroom with a walk-in shower and a freestanding bathtub to relax in. Upstairs is the stylish studio as a living-dining room with a fireplace as well as the open kitchen with a gas stove and a balcony.

The Köbelerhof is a paradise for nature lovers - as a former estate of the nearby Arnstein Monastery this farm is still actively managed and maintained today. Surrounded by its own fields and forests, the farm is located in the middle of the Nassau Nature Park. From the front door, you can take undisturbed walks for hours along the Dörsbach in the Jammertal or the Lahn, where you can relax at beautiful viewpoints over the valleys.

In a short time, you're at Johannisberg Castle, Rüdesheim with Drosselgasse, abbey and romantic castles.

Our approx. 50 sqm apartment has one bedroom with a double bed, living room with pull-out day bed (80 cm or 160 cm x 200 cm) of couch and satelite watching. A kitchen with kitchenette, fridge, freezer, convection stove and dishwasher. A filter coffee machine, kettle, and toaster are also provided. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet. Distance to Koblenz 30km, Wiesbaden 40km, Middle Rhine/Loreley 16km.
