Nice little apartment with great views for max. 4 people in Schnifis. The village is located on the sunny slope of the Walgau in the Dreiklang hiking area, with a paragliding school in the village. Schnifis has a small grocery store, tennis, soccer, beach volleyball and children's playground and a natural lake. In just 30 minutes by car you can reach the ski resorts in the Great Walser Valley, Damüls, Brandnertal, Montafon or Laterns. Day trips to Liechtenstein, Switzerland, Lake Constance are possible.

Das örtliche Einkaufszentrum sowie Lebensmittelgeschäfte, Apotheke, Bäcker, Fitnessstudio sind fußläufig erreichbar. Der Bahnhof Bludenz ist ebenfalls zu Fuß in weniger als 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Der Bus (welcher vor der Haustüre abfährt) bringt dich innerhalb kürzester Zeit zum nächsten Skilift.

The apartment is located in the basement (6 steps down but very light), south facing, sunny, quiet, with separate entrance for undisturbed privacy. The apartment has a garden/playground of 1.000 m2 where children, dogs and adults feel at home far away from the traffic. Free access to our Co-working office in the neighbour house.

We were also very pleased with the windows installed in the roof, through which you can see the stars at night. There are ski resorts and a center for renting ski and snowboard equipment nearby. We were kindly welcomed by Judith and loved our stay during the winter sports holiday. The accommodation was spacious and well maintained. The shower was pleasant after a day on the slopes. The place was immaculate and Christine had even laid out some ski pants and jacket I could borrow during my stay due to some last minute issues getting my things shipped to me from home. The apartment was spacious with separate bedroom, living room, kitchen/eating area, and bathroom. There were special little touches throughout. The views from the balcony are incredible as well!
