Small Paradise above the Walensee

A beautiful old countryside home, lovely furnished in a paradise-like setting. The house is perfect for people who are looking to get a break from the big, loud world or would like to discover the beautiful Swiss mountains by foot. If you are coming by public transport you will need to hike one hour on a very beautiful hiking path (Weesen - Quinten). If you decide to come by car you will only need to hike 15min from the parking lot to the house. We highly recommend to wear good hiking shoes.

The apartment is located in a Villa constructed in 1902. It was completely renovated in 2012 and refurnished with loving attention to details. The apartment is ideal for small groups and families as well as for individuals. In total, there are four rooms which provide space for six people (two double-beds and one double sleeping-sofa). One bedroom with a double bed and a bunk bed , a private toilet/shower and a small kitchenette with accessories. Located in central Switzerland on a farm with unique views. In 5-10 minutes by car, you are at great starting points for various activities. Arrival is only possible with one car, there is no public transport connection.

Our beautiful accommodation is combined with an older farm, which is rather remote and surrounded by meadows with views of the beautiful Glarus mountains. In this area, you can enjoy the tranquility. However, there are also an incredible number of sights and things to do in the area. We're here to help you find something suitable. The studio is wheelchair accessible and has no steps.
