Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Brasov

My family and I have met from different countries at Iulia’s place and I must say it was a pleasure to have stayed at her place. It was spacious and clean just as described. Walking distance to most places we have been, local shops, restaurants and central. I definitely recommend to others .

Am avut o experiență pozitivă la această vilă. Ne-am cazat într-un grup de 8 persoane și am avut toate utilitățile de care am avut nevoie. Bucătăria este dotată cu de toate, am găsit orice am avut nevoie, salonul este spațios și frumos amenajat. În plus, terasa din curte este un avantaj mai ales atunci când gătești ceva la grătar. Administrația a fost foarte receptivă și la orice întrebare ne-a răspuns și ajutat. Am stat două zile și am savurat la maxim. Suntem mulțumiți și aș reveni aici cu mare drag!

We stayed at this beautiful home with a group of 7 and it exceeded all our expectations! The space was spotless, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. Each room was thoughtfully designed, and there was more than enough space for everyone to relax without feeling crowded. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook meals, and the living areas were perfect for hanging out together. The beds were super comfortable, and there were plenty of bathrooms, which made mornings and evenings a breeze for a larger group. The location was ideal—close to everything we wanted to see and do, yet in a quiet area that made for a peaceful night’s sleep. The host was responsive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed for a smooth check-in and stay. Would 100% recommend this place for families or groups of friends. We’d definitely come back again!

The host was very responsive and he was very flexible. We enjoyed very much our stay there. The location is close to the bus station, 15 minutes walking from train station and you can find a lot of grocery stores nearby.

The villa is very suitable for a large family — we were 11 people, including 4 children. Each room has its own private bathroom and shower, which is very convenient. The villa is located outside of Brașov, but we reached the city center in about a 10-minute drive. In our opinion, the drive was worth the spaciousness we got at the villa. It’s important to note that the shared area is in a separate space — you go one floor down (below ground level), and there is a large kitchen with tables and sofas. Although it’s not connected directly to the rooms, we spent a lot of time there together and it was nice. It also makes the room area very quiet for those who want to sleep. Alexander, the host, was very pleasant and helpful with whatever we needed. We highly recommend this place.

Very cozy place, felt immediately like home. the house is located in a very peaceful neighborhood. The host was very responsive and flexible, they let us check-in and check out when was also ok for us. I totally recommend

Lovely stay for our family! We stayed here as a family and had a great time. The location is perfect—right in the center of Brașov, so we could walk to everything. The apartment was super clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The host was really friendly and made us feel right at home. Nice view of the city center from the terrace. Free parking was a great bonus! Definitely recommend for families visiting Brașov!

O locatie superba, exact ca in poze. Gazdele foarte prietenoase si aproape de clienti cu orice sfat. Nu am avut nicio problema. Recomand cu drag!

Wir waren bereits zum dritten Mal bei Alex. Das Appartement ist sehr schön eingerichtet. Die Lage ist super. Viele Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten direkt in fußläufiger Umgebung. Eine unbedingte Empfehlung.

We stayed there for 2 nights, the place is clean and well set , had everything we could possibly think of like curly and straight hair dryer ,all kitchen utensils and lots lots more we were surprised of how they thought of everything. They have a book to guide you where to go near places what to do how to turn everything on it was great and handy. The apartment itself was in the center all the cool places was like a 2 min walk with the amazing view. Close to the bus station if u want to go to poiana like we planned, 5 min walk to the best club in brasov called times and really we had the best times there . Overall we are VERY satisfied with the stay 100% would stay there again .

Foarte confortabil apartamentul dumneavoastra Curat , intr-o locatie destul de linistita , magazine de la care puteai cumpara pana tarziu , o sa revin cu siguranta la dumneavoastra, multumim mult pentru sedere.

Am avut o experiență minunată în apartamentul închiriat din Poiana Brașov. Apartamentul a fost extrem de curat și frumos organizat, exact cum ne-am dorit. Am primit instrucțiuni clare și detaliate pentru a găsi parcarea și apartamentul, ceea ce a făcut totul foarte simplu și fără stres. Ne-am bucurat de momente plăcute la piscină, iar copiii s-au distrat de minune la locul de joacă. Totul a fost bine gândit pentru a ne oferi o ședere relaxantă și confortabilă. Recomand cu încredere acest loc pentru o vacanță reușită în Poiana Brașov!

Am fost foarte impresionati de apartament si de gazduire! Totul este la superlativ si se simte pe deplin implicarea domnului Iorga si interesul acordat pentru a asigura confortul chiriasilor. Apartamentul este integral accesorizat si foarte curat. Noi vom reveni categoric cu placere! :-)

Was a little hard to get hold of the host at first but we did make a same day booking so I’m sure she was not expecting anyone that day hence why it took so long to respond . The place is at the very top of a very steep hill which is a uneven road so be careful when driving up . The place is a little tired and the furniture could do with a little updating and kick of paint on the outside etc. saying that it did not spoil our two days away the kitchen is very well stocked and comfy beds and large bath towels . We would definitely stay again if we are ever in the area

The house was beautiful, the pictures do not reflect the house itself. Everything was easily found and all amenities accounted for. Excellent outside space would be amazing in th3 summer. Thanks John.

On the edge of the lovely old town of Brasov. Bus stop close to the house was good as parking in old Brasov was limited. House was clean and comfortable with some glamour.

A mountain villa jewel, nothing else. A lot of space for everyone, great terraces to watch the mountains all day. Spectecular sunset. Shower in every bedroom. Outdoor BBQ. Surrounded by nature. Mountain trails nearby, yet only a short drive to the medieval town of Brasov with so many restaurants. All facilities nearby as well as well as major attractions. Our stay was too short to enjoy all so we should come back in winter for skiiing. And to enjoy the sauna of the house. A wonderful place, thank you Milena and caretaker Marcel for making this a worthwhile memory!

We spent an extended weekend at Bogdan's villa and had a wonderful stay. The villa is spacious and well-equipped, with well-maintained interiors. The beds were comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. We particularly appreciated the well-functioning and pre-filled coffee machine, which was a thoughtful touch. The only thing we missed was a dishwasher, but apart from that, everything was perfect. We enjoyed our stay and would love to return in the future.

O vila cu o priveliște foarte frumoasa , spațioasă și liniștita

Fantastic host and property. Amalia was more than accommodating and very friendly and responsive. Property well maintained and clean, stunning views from the balcony and lovely front and back garden, adequate room for kids to play outside. Remus was also there to support at any time if needed. Social place on top floor was amazing and enjoyable bringing everyone together for the day or evening . Overall lovely stay and I would recommend.

Recomand vila pentru toate anotimpurile. Locul perfect pentru a petrece timpul cu prietenii. Gazda foarte amabila si ingaduitoare.
