Bozcaada - Vineyard House

A vineyard house right in the middle of the island. Vineyard, natural setting with fruit trees. Close to and from the center and coastal crowds. Our house is 5 minutes to Ayazma beach and 7 minutes to the center. If you don't want to relax on your vacation and share your living space with others, our home is for you. The hosts live downstairs, we can answer your requests about the house and your questions about the Island. The entrances to the ground floor of the house and the downstairs are separate. Your area will be private to you during your stay.

Zakkumlu house in the Greek neighborhood of Bozcaada

Our house is in the Greek neighborhood, newly renovated without disturbing the texture. There are two rooms on the top floor of our two-story duplex house. Our 1st room consists of two rooms with intermediate doors, the interior room has a double bed and the entrance room has a double bed. 2nd room has a double bed. The bathrooms of our rooms are in the room with the toilet. At the entrance, the kitchen is OPEN for use and we have a corner set that can be table and bed. The furniture and white goods of our house are new.

Our house is in Alaybey Mahallesi Namazgah Square. Walking distance to food and drink, shopping and all the other places in the center. You can swim from the harbor again within walking distance. The house is located on a very and peaceful street. There are two bedrooms and a sofa which can be a double bed, a total of six people can accommodate a total of six people. Has a large garden of the dwelling only. The house has undergone an extensive renovation. Its infrastructure, furniture, and white goods are new.

We had a very nice holiday. Our hosts were such sweet people. They offered lemonade and cookies while waiting for our room on the first day. It was a warm, calm and pleasant environment. They could have been a little more sensitive about cleanliness, but overall it was a nice vacation.

The house was very peaceful in the middle of the trees. Since we love walking, we preferred to walk down to Beylik Bay, it takes 10 minutes. The house was very useful for us and our dog. Mr. Baran is an accessible host. The only negative is that there are a lot of flies due to the location of the house, even though there are no mosquito nets in all the doors, the flies enter the house right away at the entrances and exits. It's okay to use mosquito medicine. Also, Turkcell and Vodafone are unfortunately very low on the house. There is wireless in the house, but we had to go to the center because it was low.

Thank you to Mr. Lotus apart Soner. There was no problem with the house. The location of the house is very good, the grocery stores are at your feet. Two minute drive to the sea. The house was clean and tidy. There are tools and equipment to meet your needs. If you want to bring extra hygiene products, it depends on your request. The host, Mr. Soner, is a friendly and nice person. He answers your questions sincerely. It provides information about the areas you can go to around. You can go as a family and stay with peace of mind.

Beautiful independent house a few minutes by car from the most beautiful beaches and the village with large indoor and outdoor spaces. Great accommodation for two families like ours consisting of 4 adults and three boys. Side note: the bathroom on the ground floor is unique and located between the two bedrooms with a door to access each room. So it's a bit tricky to handle.. Under the beautiful porch with a barbecue, it is better to have a few lotions against mosquitoes (which, moreover, the host promptly and kindly let us have). Strictly recommended

Mr. Vedat and Ms. Füsun are very hospitable people with very gulery, they are kind and helpful enough to look for a place to stay for us and find a place to stay in the next days. The house and garden are very nice, you can sleep close to the center and with the sounds of birds. The beds are comfortable, the air conditioning is settled in a way that you can sleep without hitting your face at night. The beds are clean and smooth. There is everything you may need for vacation in the kitchen. The mosquito comfort increases in the windows. The curtains of the room are preserved in the morning. Everything was very nice, we would like to come back again.
