In the old stone farmhouse that we occupy, in the middle of unspoiled nature, this completely independent accommodation offers a double bed on a low mezzanine, a living area with a single boat bed, an equipped kitchen, a shower room and toilet. Outside an unfenced garden with furniture and parking right next to the accommodation. In Ardèche Verte, at the crossroads of Annonay, Lamastre, Tournon and St Félicien. Walking, mountain biking, swimming, Peaugres safari, bike rail, etc...

The old mill

Former oil mill that has become a dwelling house at the entrance to the village. Detached house with gated courtyard, 38 m² terrace and 40 m² sheltered garden garden furniture, sun loungers and solar shower.
