Our apartment "Silencio" is located in the municipality of Amtsberg, on the northern edge of the Erzgebirge. The modern furnishings and unique location, surrounded by nature, invite you to relax. The apartment is located on a large property. Our home offers the ideal starting point for a variety of activities, such as hiking, cycling, city trips, swimming and skiing. In addition to Chemnitz, the two largest cities in Saxony, Leipzig and Dresden, are easily accessible.

The apartment is on the second floor of a more than 300-year-old half-timbered house in traditional clay construction. The listed house has been professionally completely renovated and comfortably furnished with a lot of love for detail. The ecological construction ensures a very healthy indoor climate. In the garden there is also a rustic, wood-heated Finnish log cabin sauna, which we will gladly heat up for you for an extra charge of €15.

The vacation apartment Lindenbaum with a size of 43m² is located in idyllic peace in the middle of the village Großolbersdorf in a traffic-calmed zone. Access is via the adjoining terrace which invites you to sit outside in summer. In addition to the cozy living room, you will find a fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, WC and hairdryer. In the bedroom you will find a solid wood bed 180x200cm and a closet.

Nostalgic cottage right on the Zschopau

We'd like to introduce you to Ortrud. This older lady was built in 1820. It is named after its previous owner, the village school teacher, who spent her life in this "Haisel." Since July 2021, we have been building and renovating our cottage. We have tried to preserve the nostalgic charm and combine it with modern details. If you feel comfortable in such an atmosphere, you are in good hands and very welcome in our Ortrud.
