The whiteloft is one of our top locations that we have been offering on Airb&b since Oct 22. The loft is about 130 square meters, ceiling height 5.5 meters 50% of the area is designed for wellness & living only. Bathtub, daybed, 2-person spiral shower and Real wood fireplace leave nothing to be desired. In summer, a 5 x 4 meter gate can be opened which makes the lower loft area a convertible. The large kitchenette and the block are suitable for events A wine refrigerator, 4 gas burners and a ceramic stovetop are included

In the immediate vicinity of the Endenicher Kulturmeile (about 5 minutes walk) and the Poppelsdorf district (about 10 min. walk) is my beautiful penthouse apartment. The apartment was built about 12 years ago as an extension to the existing building. The spacious bright dining and living area with open kitchen is the heart of the apartment. The roof terrace (about 10 square meters with an automatic awning) offers sun from morning to evening. Two bathrooms and a separate bedroom complete the apartment.

Brenig Barn Dream

The barn, completely renovated in 2023 and dating back to 1870, offers a perfect starting point for excursions into nature. Phantasialand amusement park, as well as Cologne and Bonn, are reachable in approximately 20 minutes. This holiday apartment with a terrace and garden view features one bedroom, a living room, a flat-screen TV, a well-equipped kitchen with a refrigerator and dishwasher, and one bathroom with a shower. Towels and bed linen are provided. Cleaning is done every seven days.

You can easily park in the underground garage. Use the balcony, the modern kitchen or the Sky programs on TV (Bundesliga :-) With the passenger ferry or on foot (15 min) or the tram (2 min) you can quickly reach the Bonn city center. The S-Bahn to the airport or to Cologne can be reached in 10 minutes on foot.

Das Haus ist in der Mitte des wunderschönen Ortes Bornheim Brenig.Zu Fuss ist man in 2 min im Grünen.Ein Bäcker mit Tante Emma Laden ist hinter dem Haus.Vom Balkon hat man einen herrlichen Blick auf die Kirche auch Dom des Vorgebirges genannt. Ein Spielplatz ist 50 m entfernt.Das Haus ist im mediterranen Stil vor 5 Jahren umgebaut worden.Das Haus hat 3 Etagen.Die Bushaltestelle ist 70m entfernt, die Bahnstation 10 min.
