Relaxation is provided by the new barrel sauna and the hot tub in the garden (for a surcharge). Through the large upstairs windows you can look at the neighboring golf course - or enjoy the untouched nature. The secluded property offers the best conditions for relaxing moments with up to 8 people. [Children up to the age of 10 stay free of charge/when booking with an accompanying person.]

The wellness area with sauna and cold plunge pool can be booked optionally. A separate entrance, parking space and private terrace provide peace, privacy and comfort. A large box spring bed (200 × 220 cm), a corner sofa with sleeping function (2 × 90 × 200 cm), massage chair and 75” TV with streaming services offer additional comfort.

Welcome to the apartment Am Stiftbrunnen in the historic center of Stemwede/Levern. The light-flooded 45 sqm apartment can accommodate up to 4 people (1 double bed + 1 sofa bed) Next to the old half-timbered house from 1693, which is located in a quiet cul-de-sac with a village fountain, you have a direct view of the old collegiate church. In the immediate vicinity there are shops, a pharmacy, gas stations and restaurants. Down the hill, beautiful idyllic paths invite you to bike and hike.

The fully equipped tiny house is located at a pleasant distance from the cultivated farm on the edge of the horse paddock. The varied landscape near the Kronensee amusement park invites you to wonderful excursions. If you want to learn about life on the farm, we will gladly give you a tour of the farm. Unser ehemaliger Heu-Erntewagen, der mit viel Liebe zum Detail zu einem schnuckeligen Tiny-House umgebaut wurde, steht in unserem sehr naturnah gestalteten Garten! Eine große Veranda lädt zum Sonnenbaden ein! Das Häuschen hat eine kleine Küche und verfügt über 2 Betten für jeweils 2 Personen. Am Abend und bei kühlen Wetter sorgt ein Kaminofen für kuschelige Wärme. Wer mag kann sich beim Füttern der bei uns lebenden Tiere mit einbringen oder in unserer Töpferei kreativ werden!

Pappelheim

In the north of the Dümmer Nature Park, between the Diepholz bog lowlands and Rehden Geestmoor, where the cranes winter, lies this small half-timbered house in a very quiet rural location. There is a kitchen, 1 living room, 2 bathrooms, 1 bedroom and the attic studio available on approx. 70 m² of living space. Terrace, garden and parking at the house are included. Smokers and urinators must stay outside. Dogs are allowed in, but not in bed.

My mono Teuto

NEW: Right next to "Mono" is another house, "Nest in the Forest." You can also visit. Or both… “Mono” is a trailer that was converted decades ago. In the course of a complete renovation, it received a timber frame skeleton all around in 2020 (new roof, new insulation, etc.) and thus a first floor. Size: 3.20 by 13 meters. It is called "Mono" because its exterior, like every room inside, is mainly determined by one color.

Relaxing in a GREEN way

Relax on the edge of the Wiehengebirge in a cozy house and enjoy quiet hours under a grass roof that promotes a pleasant indoor climate. A sauna is available to unwind after a hike, an exciting excursion or simply at the end of a long day. One bedroom with a large double bed and four other sleeping places can accommodate up to 6 people. Wi-Fi is available throughout the house. Note: Pizza oven currently out of service
