All year round, you can swim in the "Svenskerhullet" and Roneklint and the small fine island Maderne, which is owned by Nysø Castle. 10 km from Præstø. In addition, the landscape is created for beautiful walks and bike rides.

The house is year-round and well-insulated with a nice indoor climate. The house is well equipped with everything you need for cooking. The house is about 275 years old and has previously served as a tavern for the better citizenry. The cozy living rooms are preserved with respect for the history of the house. The house is within walking distance of forest, beach and shopping.
