I had a great time at the Mint House, me and my wife had a comfortable stay. It had a lot of great restaurants and things to do in the surrounding area. The host explained everything well, and it was a beautiful stay!

Shaquille simplified the check in process with detailed photos and instructions. The apartment was pristine with a fully loaded kitchen. Perfect location in the heart of Newark. I highly recommend choosing Shaquilles’s property for your visit to the city.

The apartment is cute, cozy, and well renovated. We travelled with a 7 month old and Samantha was accommodating for an infant. She set up a pack and play crib with sheets so we didn’t have to bring one. I was amazed at how quiet it was there because it is an active city; it was a peaceful stay. The layout allowed for a good sitting and dining area without making the apartment feel crammed. There was plenty of room for baby to play and roll around on the floor. Samantha was welcoming, responsive, and helpful. We didn’t spend much time in the neighborhood because we were there for a conference; I can say that the houses in the historic district have character and charm. Very cute neighborhood.

The place was amazing . Very clean and cozy . I was in love with the decoration and the colors . I will definitely book it again. The bathroom was very clean , the kitchen as well . I enjoyed staying there .

Roma was very sweet and welcoming showed us where everything was. We even got to meet beautiful grandchildren. The space was very beautiful and glad it offered parking. This will definitely be saved as s favorite for future bookings

Sophia & Liam’s place is beautiful! They exceeded my expectations as hosts as well with how clean and amazing their property is. It was immaculately maintained and designed and was perfect for my 6 guests and we could have comfortably added more guests. Everything was in pretty close walking distance. Definitely would recommend and anytime I’m in the area I will be booking this property, definite 10/10 experience!

Place is great. Fresh, cute, convenient to the restaurants and short walk to the Penn Station. Host is polite and responsive. Easy to find and check in. It has everything advertised, felt like we had everything we needed. Thanks! Little cons: thin walls, upstairs neighbors are stompers with a crying kid, windows are not great at canceling noise outside, weekend had some loud hours at night. But nothing a host can do about it. So won’t rate lower.

So there are apparently not enough characters allowed in the review to fully express our pleasure staying at this wonderful place. We have stayed in multiple Airbnbs with our business the past five years and this particular one is in the top three. Upon approach, take in the charming brownstones and tree lined streets. Once you open the door, you are greeted with natural light filled space with a chefs kitchen. The decor is modern, yet not stark. The added elements, such as the exposed brick and wood, emanate a warmth and coziness. The outdoor back space is just right, but sitting on the front steps is the best because you meet all kinds of charming characters around the neighborhood. Upstairs are two bedrooms, each with dream bathrooms, right down to the showerheads. beds were SO comfortable and perfect for melting into a deep sleep after a day in Manhattan. Favs:bathrooms, kitchen island, neighborhood shops and cafes, argh there’s not enough room left just book it already!!

Andy's place was lovely, tastefully furnished and decorated, with really comfortable furniture (the bed gets top marks), well stocked, pristine kitchen and bathroom, and the back patio was the perfect spot to relax at the end of the day. Andy was lovely, friendly and thoughtful. Commuting into the city was easy either by bus or Lightrail to the PATH. It was a perfect spot for us while we were having work done in our place. We'd definitely stay there again.

Our stay at Gershon’s place was great. This Airbnb truly felt like our own oasis in the city. It was quiet and clean with plenty of space for seven adults! Host was very responsive, and the kitchen/dining/living space was perfect for relaxing and hanging out. Thanks for a great stay!

Close to the subway and it fit us (five people) pretty well

Absolutely loved our stay at this charming 3-bedroom home in New Jersey! From the moment we arrived, we had a few setbacks, but Rick and Kim quickly turned this around made us feel right at home. They went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable experience, providing us with quick solutions and thoughtful recommendations to any concerns and we had. One of the standout suggestions was a delightful pancake breakfast restaurant nearby, which quickly became our favorite spot. The pancakes were amazing, and it was a great way to start our days! The house itself was clean, spacious, and well-equipped, making it the perfect base for our adventures. We truly appreciated the attention to detail and the personal touches throughout our stay. I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a comfortable getaway with fantastic hosts. We can't wait to come back!

Aicha war äußerst nett und hilfsbereit – sie hat uns sogar zum Supermarkt und zum Flughafen gefahren. Die Kommunikation war sehr gut, und sie hat sich wirklich um alles gekümmert. Sobald man etwas brauchte, konnte man sich an sie wenden. Die Wohnung ist neu und sauber. Es gibt alles, was man braucht, inklusive Wasserkocher. Die Gegend ist ruhig, sicher und friedlich. Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich in der Nähe. Auch die Anbindung an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr ist gut. In etwa 40 Minuten ist man in Manhattan, und die Wohnung liegt im Bereich des NYC MTA-Netzes. Für nur 34 Dollar pro Woche kann man unbegrenzt U-Bahn, Bus und die Fähre nutzen, rund um die Uhr. Insgesamt haben wir uns wie zu Hause gefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Excellent home in a fabulous neighborhood! Sara was incredibly responsive and friendly throughout our stay. There wasn't any air-conditioning to ease the heat of the really hot days, but the location and cleanliness of the unit was worth the steamy moments. Also - it is very easy to find parking on this street! What an unexpected surprise!

As a family of four, we enjoyed our stay here! Plenty of space, it looks as described, well stocked kitchen. I’m a clean freak and I thought it was very very clean. It’s a ten minute walk to the subway as mentioned. It did end up being a little more of a schlep into the city with kids than we anticipated BUT the distance was exactly what was described! Definitely recommend.

We had an amazing stay at this apartment in Newark, NY! The space was incredibly clean, airy, and very comfortable for our whole family. We had plenty of room to spread out and truly felt at home for all 9 days. Communication with the host was excellent—clear, quick, and helpful throughout. Everything went smoothly, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Very clear directions and responsive, caring hosts. Apartment was beautiful and spacious. My daughter enjoyed going to the coffee shop below every morning. Lots of unique stores and restaurants nearby. Overall a great choice!

This space was comfortable for our intergenerational family’s visit to NY. The walk to the Path trains made getting to and from NYC very convenient. The neighborhood felt safe and the space is just as lovely as the pictures show. Do note there is a steep flight of stairs right as you enter the Airbnb. Overall, it’s a much better choice than pricey NYC hotels and the full kitchen is great for preparing meals and snacks to save on food costs! We all loved this place!

Apartment was clean,spacious we stayed 6 nights with our 2 year old baby. You can get bus no 126 which will take you to time square so very convenient to travel to newyork. Aj and John were very helpful and great host. We had a great stay. Best wishes . Bimla

Loved the stay in the apartment! It was beautiful, peaceful and exactly what we needed to have a little time when life takes over. Will for sure be booking the spot again!! The view of NYC was beautiful. Well worth every penny-one of the nicest, cleanest places we’ve stayed so far! We absolutely loved our stay at Laurie’s place in Hoboken! The home is exactly as pictured—spotlessly clean, beautifully furnished, and incredibly well thought-out. Laurie has truly anticipated every need, making it easy to feel right at home. We were a group of six (three couples), and the space was perfect—spacious & comfortable. The beds were especially cozy. The location couldn't have been better—just a 10-minute walk to the PATH train, which made getting into NYC fast and simple. After long days exploring, it was so nice to return to a quiet, relaxing home base in Hoboken. The neighborhood itself is absolutely charming, with plenty of great restaurants and cafes. I only wish we’d had more time to enjoy Hoboken itself. We especially loved grabbing coffee just a block away at Hey Coffee People and relaxing in the peaceful backyard. All in all, Laurie’s place is a rare find. If it’s available, don’t hesitate to book. We’d return in a heartbeat!
