Our apartment is part of a 300-year-old mountain farm, which is located in the midst of mountain meadows at an altitude of 1450m. The optimal location on a sunny south face guarantees wonderful hours on a terrace with 360° views. In the renovated, spacious (120m2) apartment you will find a unique blend of old charm and modern comfort.

On the ground floor there is a cozy parlor, a large kitchen, a lounge for games, darts and foosball, a terrace. A children's ski lift and toboggan run is right in front of the house. The nearest major ski resort is the Jöchlspitze. The Arlberg (largest and best ski resort in Austria) with Lech, St. Anton, Warth and Zürs is also just around the corner.
