Az 1800-as években épült, 2020-ban teljesen felújított, egyedi stílusú, 4m belmagasságú 76 m2-es nagypolgári lakás. A szálláshely parkolási lehetőséget kínál, 150 m-re, őrzött parkolóban ,ahol a lakáshoz a kulcsot is át tudják venni. A lakás hálószobával, konyha-nappalival, nagy fürdőszobával, és egy különálló WC-vel rendelkezik. A lakásban van wifi, kábel TV, és klíma.

The house is located in the beautiful embrace of Mecsek, in the Donátus part of Pécs. A perfect, peaceful retreat for the two of you, real relaxation awaits in the spacious spaces of the house and the sumptuous panorama. The city center is close, yet far enough with all its possibilities that you can retire to a quiet place. The surrounding forest and settlements have many possibilities, depending on how you would like to spend your time. Hiking, wine tasting or a sightseeing? It's up to you!

Szeretettel várok mindenkit felújított, magasan felszerelt, légkondicionált belvárosi lakásomba. Az apartmanban egy 4K-s Smart Tv, wifi, Netflix és Disney+ biztosítja a kikapcsolódást. Lehetőség van kávézni, teázni és főzni is. A vasútállomás 5 perc sétára, árkád 500 méterre, a belváros 5-10 perc sétára található az apartmantól. A közelben megtalálható: kisbolt, gyógyszertár, dohánybolt, szupermarket, posta, cukrászda, pizzázó, kávézó, valamint a Hullámfürdő. Kisállat igény esetén hozható.

The Space You can approach the apartment by several local buses, also, there is free parking available in front of the house. It's a separate apartment on the ground floor with a window looking at the park of the city's water company. The apartment is 33 m2 and it has hi-speed WiFi. We don't smoke or keep pets in the apartment, we would like you to join us in this. The apartment has space for a maximum of 3 people: a double bed (140x200) and a bendable sofa (120x190),

Modern lakás egy műemlék házban Pécs belvárosában. Pár perc séta a fontos látnivalóktól és a világörökségi helyszínektől. Abszolút központi elhelyezkedés, szuper éttermek, reggeliző helyek, bárok a közelben. Nem kell taxi:) Ingyenes parkolás 100 méterre. Wifi, smart tv, mosógép, légkondi. Felszerelt konyha: kávéfőző, mosogatógép, indukciós főzőlap, mikró, alapvető eszközök. Tágas tetőtér, nagy belmagasság. Világos lakás sok zöld növénnyel.

Az apartman funkcionális, új és környezetbarát. Kialakítása során a fő cél az volt, hogy a lehető legkisebb ökológiai lábnyomot hagyják az itt pihenők. Különlegessége, hogy nagyon csendes részen van, viszont 500m belül minden szolgáltatás elérhető. A köponttól 4,4km távolságra van, az erdőtől pedig 800 méterre. Természetjárók, biciklizők kedvelt helye. Lakókocsival érkezőknek is megoldott a zárt parkolás.

It's a delightful place, right next to the city centre, in a nice quiet area. The apartment has a fun youthful atmosphere, decorated and painted by my mother.
