Very comfortable and well equipped apartment with Flat-TV, glass fibre WLAN and a large bathroom. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, etc.. The apartment is located in the basement (6 steps down but very light), south facing, sunny, quiet, with separate entrance for undisturbed privacy. The apartment has a garden/playground of 1.000 m2 where children, dogs and adults feel at home far away from the traffic. Free access to our Co-working office in the neighbour house.

Im selben Haus gibt es noch eine weitere, komplett getrennte Wohnung, die ebenfalls gemietet werden kann. Die Wohnung selbst ist von außen schlecht einsehbar. The apartment is located on the top floor of an appartment house, on the south side of Silbertal. From here you can directly start go skiing at the Kristberg or the Hochjoch area which belongs to the Silvretta Montafon

You only need 1.5 km to get to the center of Warth and the skiing area. The apartments are cofortabel and modern. You will have a nice view to the mountains of the alps. With the skibus you can drive easy and fast to the skiing area.

Für Menschen mit mehr als 185 cm Körpergröße könnten die Türhöhen und die Dachschräge ein Hindernis sein. Wir wohnen in ruhiger Lage.
