It is located within walking distance to shopping, dining, and entertainment in downtown Oneonta. Our super cute and comfy property is the ideal place to stay in Oneonta. This little white farmhouse is full of country charm. Built in the 1920s and added onto numerous times, it was renovated for the final time in 2017. The house sits on the edge of our family farm beside a field. A barn/pond sit nearby. The house is 2br/2ba with a living room, kitchen with essentials, dining room and laundry. An air mattress is available upon request. There's a porch & back deck with swing, charcoal grill & small fire pit (must bring charcoal, lighter fluid, wood, etc).

Welcome to our family farm! This home and land have been in our family for more than 100 years. This property is a working cattle farm including our beloved horses. From family reunions to camp outs, birthday parties and even senior portraits, this property holds a special place in our hearts. Because of all the joy the farm has brought to us, we decided it was time to share that with other people.
