Newly built farm long at homestead

Our newly built farm long includes two similar holiday apartments. Each apartment has a small kitchen area, bathroom with shower, two beds, dining area and cozy corner. There is a TV and wifi. Possibility to rent a baby camping bed or extra guest bed for children. Each apartment has its own terrace with evening sun and furniture. The farm is located in beautiful rural surroundings down to Alssund with its own forest and sandy beach as well as the island's best fishing waters. Location 7 km from Sønderborg city centre and only 1.5 km to the airport.

The old shoemaker's cottage by the castle lake

Welcome to the old shoemaker's cottage in Gråsten. Here you can stay in the shoemaker's old workshop - a charming cabin gently and rustically renovated with respect for the unique history and soul of the house. From the garden you can enjoy the view of the castle lake. The cottage is 56 m2 and contains an entrance, modernized kitchen, bathroom, living room with original French iron bed. In addition, a separate bedroom with a double bed. There is a heat pump and space for a crib in one bedroom. Please bring towels and sheets.

The apartment has a steep staircase, therefore unsuitable for those with walking difficulties. The apartment is newly renovated with a private entrance, to the 1st floor (stairs) folding bed (2 people) In addition to the bed (including bed linen), there is a sofa and TV for relaxation. You can make smaller meals. (Pots, electric cooker, cutlery, etc., and refrigerator are available.) Private bathroom (incl. towels) Heat pump (air conditioning) The apartment is a smoke-free area. Relax in this peaceful home. The apartment is located with a private entrance and covered terrace area, where there is the possibility of relaxation in quiet surroundings. There is a 10-minute walk to shopping options, 10-minute drive to the beach. The apartment contains a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with toilet, shower and washing machine, living room with dining table and sofa, which can be converted into a bed for 2 people, as well as cable TV, bedroom with double bed, closet space and ironing board.

Good accommodation with location about 15 minutes from the Danish/German border. Close to Sønderborg (13 km) and Gråsten (5 km). In the bedroom, there are duvets and pillows for 2 people. In the kitchen, there is a refrigerator, stove, oven, coffee maker and electric kettle. The home has underfloor heating. There is a toilet in the home and an outdoor shower with cold and hot water. There is also an indoor bathroom, which is next to the mini house. You are welcome to use the backyard.

Good opportunities for fishing. In January/February 2026, the living room will be slightly changed. The living room will be divided into two rooms. A living room and a room. You will love my home because of the location, the beautiful scenery aswell as sea views. There are good opportunities for fishing and trekking in the area. If you like paragliding, there are opportunities within 200 m, kite surfing within 500 m. Please notis Electricity must be paid separately, water is included

Cozy annex/backhouse with a private living area, sleeping space, and kitchenette – Please note: Bathroom, kitchen, and a small gym are located in a separate building just 10 meters away. Outdoor area with a fire pit and grill, peace and quiet. We live on the farm ourselves in case you need anything. An ideal spot for both a weekday escape and focused work.
