Vacation rentals with a sauna in Black Sea

I stayed here for 6 weeks while I worked at a hospital nearby. The place is in a great location, with lots of cafes restaurants nearby. The house itself although quite small is lovely, cosy and clean. The view is amazing and the home was very well equipped for short term stays. I also felt very safe staying there as a solo female, security was great. Mehmet Selim was also very attentive and responsive. 10/10

Wonderful place. Everything you want and more. I couldn’t find one mistake. Her apartment looks like a piece of art. Every piece of furniture placed just where it should be. I enjoyed eating my breakfast while looking outside in a peaceful atmosphere. The only problem I had is to let it go. Building is new. Reception clean and secure well. You need to have a token to enter. Security cameras set up to insure your safety comes first. Outside the building looks organized and very clean. The Black Sea just a block away. To get to it, you go through fountain, beautiful walking bridge and if you love photos. You will have many beautiful views worth to capture for unforgettable moments of your life. Last thanks AIRBNB for monitoring each property carefully and providing suitable places for all segments. 😘

Great place and neiborhood. You must meet with Cristofer, if you coming by the plane - he can drive you to the place and show around. We had some issues we the electronic lock, so I would ask for the key. A curtain in the main bathroom could be nice. For the WiFi you need to be close to the router. The place exactly as in the pictures, dishwasher wasn't mentioned, but its there! Overall great experience!

A comfortable and clean place with everything you need and a wonderful view

The house was exactly the same as in the images, we did not encounter any problems, we were very pleased, it is a very comfortable house especially for families. We were able to communicate with Mr. Sinan whenever we wanted, thank you very much.

The apartment is well located, it is very practical and has almost everything you need. The communication with the host was good and proactive, which we particularly liked. The beds warn comfortably, we had plenty of towels and linens. The balcony is quite spacious and we had enough space to dry the wet towels and also relax to watch the sea. At the time of our stay was a construction site across the street, but I guess it will be established by 2025.

Simply the best place I’ve ever stayed in Istanbul — and I’ve been coming every year. Most Airbnbs in the city tend to be a bit worn-out, with no elevator, outdated furniture, poorly equipped kitchens, or not-so-clean spaces. So I was truly impressed when I stepped into this apartment. Everything is top-notch: stylish and high-quality furniture, super clean and spacious, with two restrooms and a large, comfortable shower. The kitchen is fully equipped, the sofas are big and cozy, and there’s a lovely veranda that connects to all rooms, letting in tons of sunlight. The apartment is also fully automated, which is a great plus. It’s located very close to Taksim Square, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city. The building itself is perfect — modern, extremely safe, and beautifully maintained. There’s a gym, a pool, and plenty of indoor parking space. The staff is friendly, professional, and always available. There’s even a café in the building. Amazing place.

everything clean and nice, Furkan great host . the apartment very good, luxurious, Furkan the right person ,trustworthy, he interested in his job. the apartment spacious for 4-5 people but no more, as I stayed there one day and then we found a larger apartment for 7 people.

Clean and a peaceful place for stay🤩

Ms. Sema was approachable and friendly, the reasons for the clean kitchen inside the house were sufficient. There was a local power outage problem, but Ms. Sema provided the necessary information, so we were able to make our plan accordingly. We will choose to stay again.

as two families, we chose it for a pleasant weekend with our children, first of all, a place where you can go every season in summer and winter, the heated pool works smoothly, the jacuzzi works smoothly and the sauna works smoothly, we did not have the slightest mishap. You can trust a very clean place in terms of cleanliness, you can feel like your own home, I went to many places, believe me, I didn't lie to say that I saw it so clean for the first time. there are light yokes on the straight road 5-10 minutes from the center about its location, it will not be a problem for 4 seasons, the grocery store, the bakery, the hospital, the post office is in the center of 5 - 10 minutes away. while waking up in the morning, you can meditate by listening to the bird civilians with the sound of the stream in nature:) depending on its location, we did not encounter any damage, insects,mosquitoes, etc. in this regard.
