Animals are not allowed Cleaning fees of €40.00 are to be paid in the apartment! There is a tourist tax of €4.50 per person per day to be paid at check-in. Registration form must be completed.

There are 2 separate bedrooms, each with a large bed, plus a sofa bed and a guest bed in the living room. 1 large bathroom - shower + bathtub, as well as a dining and work area. Please note : no kitchen . Kitchen is currently under construction. Coffee+tea is free. Refrigerator, microwave, coffee kettle, 2 baby travel cots including bed linen.

You only need a 5 minute walk to land downtown We offer bicycles that can be used FOR FREE to walk, get to know the vicinity, etc. Check-in time is self-contained. You can arrive at any time from 4 pm until 3 pm in the night at 3 am by means of a keypad. Ideal for tourists, spa guests, business people, vacationers, etc.

Our cozy apartment has been rented again since June 2024 after we renovated the bathroom and kitchen. It is located in the attic of our residential building, is a total of about 50 square meters and has a large, bright room, a bathroom and a kitchen. You have your own realm above ours, which means we may meet, but you are still completely on your own. You can park your car on our property.
