The town of Doberschau is located about three kilometers southwest of the large district town of Bautzen, not far from the Spree Valley. Our cozy apartment consists of two bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living room with dining area, which invites you to linger, as well as a bathroom with shower, from which you can enjoy a view of the countryside. Sehr stylisches und in Zusammenarbeit zwischen Architekt / Innenarchitekt / Möbeldesigner realisiertes 1-Raum-Appartement (Schlafsofa!) mit separatem Duschbad, 31qm Wohnfläche, separatem, eigenen Eingang und Zugang zur Fasssauna. Alle Möbel als individuelle Sonderanfertigung, Küchenarbeitsplatte und Essbar Beton/ Holzeinlegearbeiten/ Epoxidharz. Duschbad mit Betonspachteltechnik, wobei aufgrund der sehr eingeschränkten Platzsituation Dusche und WC räumlich nicht getrennt werden konnten.

Bakeries, restaurants and supermarkets are within walking distance. Bicycle racks and bicycle storage are available. Ample free parking. Community garden with sandpit and trampoline. Wonderful starting point for cycling trips, hikes to Saxon Switzerland, a walk along the Elbe meadows, a stroll through the city and much more.

The cozy apartment can be reached through a spacious staircase. The light-flooded sitting area can be used for relaxation. A small wardrobe is located in front of the apartment door. In the entrance area of the house is a terrace for sitting outdoors. The view is towards pasture and meadow. Barbecuing can be done on solid ground (observe the forest fire warning level) or sports can be played on the adjacent meadow. The quiet atmosphere allows a lot of relaxation.

Welcome to a quiet apartment where you are all alone. Right in the middle between Dresden and Bautzen. Other excursion destinations, such as Upper Lusatia or Saxon Switzerland, are very easy to reach from here. The apartment is on the second floor of a detached house. All rooms are very bright. A supermarket is a 10-minute walk, and the nearest train station is only 5 minutes away. On the other hand, quiet forests in the immediate vicinity invite you to relax.

In no time, you will have forgotten your everyday worries and can relax. Singles, couples and families are always welcome here!

The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. Between Dresden and Bautzen you are about 25 km away. Also, the "Saxe Švicija" is not too far away. You can explore many sights. Thanks to the direct highway connection, you can reach your destination in no time. In the village there are 2 bakers and 2 butchers. The outdoor pool can also be reached on foot or by bike in the village.

The apartment (35 m² bedroom, combined kitchen/living room, bathroom - each room separate) is located in the quiet district of Dresden Dölzschen, in a 2-family house plus the apartment. It is ideally suited to relax in a quiet environment after a busy day in the city. Free parking is available right outside the front door. Pets are not allowed. No extra guests and no visitors allowed. The rear garden cannot be used.

Wildly romantic and cozy by the rushing stream. A special overnight stay, suitable for 2 people. The apartment is located in the ambience of the Rathewalder Mühle, right next to the bastion and directly adjacent to the core zone of the Saxon Switzerland National Park. The famous Malerweg leads right past. Ideal for excursions to the Elbe Sandstone Mountains, but also to the surroundings of Pirna and Dresden.
