Beachfront vacation rentals in Biscay

Beautiful location - reminded me of a Cornish fishing village. Great bars, views across the bay, watching the surfers, and a beach. You can drive to Bilbao in 35 mins, San Sebastián in just over an hour. Mundaca is just a great base to explore northern Spain, Miren is a great host and was always really helpful (we even left the key in the door and she went and sorted it for us! Highly recommend

Nous avons séjourné une nuit chez Asier, l’appartement a répondu totalement à notre demande, Asier aussi d’ailleurs ! Personne très réactive, amical et agréable. À 500m à pied du vieux port c’est magnifique à 25 min en voiture de Bilbao et sinon 35 min en métro station juste en bas. Nous reviendrons chez toi Asier pour nos prochaines visites sur la côte basque !

Juan’s place was perfect, we could not fault it. We had two small kids, with a stroller and found it easily accessible by lift. We rented a mid-sized car and were able to use the car park without too much hassle. Juan and Paula were super friendly and helpful throughout. The location was fantastic for exploring Bilbao, while also offering a quieter neighbourhood and beaches nearby. The apartment was spotless and cosy, with beautiful views and the double bed was the most comfortable we have slept in! 100% recommend.

Este alojamiento nos encantó tanto a mí como a mí familia. Cuando volvamos por la zona, nos alojaremos ahí nuevamente sin duda. Tener la playa a unos metros ha sido lo mejor de todo.

Amazing and quiet location, walking to beautiful Ea and short drive to Lekeitio made this stay impeccable. Loved the sights and pristine nature, would love to come back!

Paul was a very helpful & communicative host, he was proactive & gave us many tips of what to do & eat in the town. If you are looking for somewhere to stay that is largely off the tourist trail you could do worst than to stay at Paul's accommodation. This is a town where you can see real Basque people living authentic lives & not just another tourist trap.

El alojamiento estaba muy limpio. Es una zona tranquila al lado de la playa y alejada del pueblo. Cuenta con piscina en la urbanización y es fácil a aparcar. Nos atendieron muy bien. Y no faltaba de nada en la vivienda

Jabi is an amazing host! The apartment was clean, spacious and the perfect size for family of 5! He left us a basket of fruit and stocked the kitchen with essentials- milk, juice, coffee, olive oil, salt and pepper! He even left us potatoes so I was able to make tortilla de patatas! Communication with Jabi was excellent and was quick to respond to our texts. There were a few restaurants nearby and the beach is less than 5 minutes walk from the apartment. Highly recommend staying here and will definitely come back.

Das ist eine Wohnung der Superlative! Sehr geschmackvoll umgebaut und eingerichtet mit einer unglaublichen Aussicht auf das Meer und Hafen. Allerdings muss man diese Wohnung erarbeiten: drei enge, steile Treppen hinauf mit dem Gepäck (!) aber es lohnt sich. Am Hafen ein kulinarisch hochstehendes Restaurant. Auch Check-In hat super geklappt.

Our stay in Sopela was wonderful. Naiara was right there to greet us when we arrived -- with a bottle of red wine and a jar of Haribo candies! The apartment is comfortable, clean, sunny, and well-furnished. The pool and Social Club at Sopelmar are excellent, and the nearby beaches are breathtaking. And Naiara was easy to communicate with the entire time. Loved our stay!

12 of us stayed with Mari Luz and had a great time. Everyone was comfortable and felt at home for the 4 nights we were there. At first I was worried that we might disturb Mari Luz but we didn't receive any complaints despite 1 or 2 late nights drinking around the dinner table. Also I'm extremely glad we stayed in Castro Urdiales instead of Bilbao since Castro was a much more relaxing and hospitable place and Bilbao was only a 30 min bus away anyway.

Lovely apartment stunning views and the hosts were incredible went out their way to pick us up from the airport. Could recommend more highly thanks again

Excellent séjour dans l’appartement d’Estíbaliz. Appartement excellent, avec tous les accessoires nécessaires, confortable en état neuf, et très propre lorsque nous sommes arrivés . Excellent accueil d’Estíbaliz, lors de notre arrivée pour nous donner toutes les explications nécessaires, et répondant quasi instantanément à nos messages, que ce soit par écrit ou en l’ayant au téléphone Très attentionnée,à chaque fois que nous demandions des renseignements, et quoi que ce soit d’autre . L’emplacement très bien situé, et le parking juste sous l’appartement est fermé à clé . Autre chose appréciable, un supermarché juste à côté . Tout cela situé Très proche du centre-ville et des plages. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter.

Fomos um grupo de 6 e o apartamento correspondeu às espectativas. Foi super fácil o check in/check out, bem arrumado e muito agradável.

Merci beaucoup à Saioa, ainsi qu’à son frère pour l’accueil. Nous sommes arrivés plus tard que prévu et ceci n’a pas été un souci. L’emplacement est juste magnifique avec une vue incroyable ! Merci pour tout et à très bientôt peut être !

Tuvimos unos dias geniales en Algorta y quedarnos en este piso hizo de la experiencia una aun más placentera. Muy limpio, muy acogedor y los hosts muy amables. Regresaría nuevamente y lo recomendaría mucho.

Myself, my husband and our baby stayed in Nagore's place for 4 nights and had a wonderful time. Lekeitio is a beautiful town and the apartment was central but in a quiet area. There was a lovely balcony with a beautiful view of the town. And the apartment has everything you would need. We would definitely stay again. The only small downside was that the apartment was up hill from the town (not really the fault of the apartment itself) and there were about 5 stairs you had to climb from the lift to the apartment. We didn't really have an issue with it at all even with a buggy, but if accessibility was a major issue this place might not work.

Jokin's accommodation is at the heart of Lekeitio, next to the cliffs, the port and the beaches. From there, you can do everything on foot. The flat itself is very pleasant. Jokin is proactive and polite. I recommend this accommodation.

Sin duda es un alojamiento limpio,muy bonito y cuidado con vistas espectaculares, céntrico y tranquilo,sin duda repetiremos,a sido una estancia maravillosa.Totalmente recomendable,muy buenas anfitrionas!

Un environnement incroyable et Inaka a été très attentive et soucieuse de notre confort. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. L appartement est cependant un peu humide et cela se ressent au niveau du linge de maison enfin le matelas était pour notre part inconfortable. Mais la petite fenêtre donnant sur le port a enchanté nos petits déjeuners.👍🙏

Emplacement idéal, en plein centre mais rue piétonne donc au calme, et à 2 minutes à pied du port et de la plage. Appartement fonctionnel, Paul est très sympathique et très réactif. Les instructions d'arrivée sont très claires, le logement est très propre.

Han sido unos días maravillosos, ubicado en una zona muy buena, a pocos pasos de la playa. Los anfitriones súper amables y muy cercanos.

Très bel endroit, village atypique. L'appartement est fonctionnel, une belle fenêtre sur le port serait un plus.
