It has a beautiful, bright bathroom with a bathtub, vanity and toilet. Just one street away is the natural swimming pool with indoor pool. The beautiful village park with lake as well as restaurants, shopping, pharmacies, doctors, hairdresser etc. are reachable in a few minutes' walk.

The one-room apartment is within walking distance of the main train station (approx. 15 minutes). Osnabrück city center is about 15 - 20 minutes walk, or six minutes by metro bus. In our apartment you use your own shower room and your own kitchenette. You have two sleeping options: a box spring bed (width: 140 cm) and a sofa bed (width: 100 cm). We, the hosts, live in the same building and are available for any questions you may have.

The spacious ground floor apartment is located in a quiet settlement in Nortrup and offers 64 m² of space for vacationers and installers. The apartment has a kitchen, a cozy living room with TV, two bedrooms (one double bed, one single bed) and a modern bathroom with shower and toilet. For your comfort, we provide a set of towels & fresh linen per week and guest.

Peace and relaxation in the countryside

Lean back and relax: In this quiet environment between fields and forest, the fox and rabbit say "Good night" to each other. Pheasants, deer, rabbits and also fireflies are often seen. The area invites you to take long walks. It is also very suitable as a starting point for cycling tours in Emsland, as the apartment is located directly on the Hasetal route network. You can go canoeing on the Hase, which is 7 km away.

Raus ausse Stadt und rein in den Kotten. Das denkmalgeschützte Heuerhaus liegt auf einem 5000m² Naturgrundstück Eingebettet in ländlicher Umgebung finden Sie hier Erholung pur. Das Haus wurde vollständig renoviert: Fußbodenheizung (Wärmetauscher), Wallbox, Sauna, Kamin alles wird mit Ökostrom betrieben. Deshalb werden die Stromkosten Zählergenau berechnet.

Here you will find a kitchen with adjoining dining area and living area including a high-quality sofa bed, a small work area with desk, a minimalist bathroom and a cozy bedroom overlooking the garden.

We offer a vacation apartment on 2 floors in the beautiful Hasetal. The location is ideal for long bike rides, canoe rides and much more. The house is in the middle of a residential estate with walking distance to forest and meadows. We are happy to help you with your leisure activities.
