The cleanliness of the apartment and surroundings, the quiet and good location, i.e. a few meters to the lake, to the train station, 2 supermarkets and restaurants made it perfect. What an exceptional experience, thanks to exceptional hosts, in an exceptional place! I cannot recommend Sandra and Raffaele's place enough. Aside from the stunningly beautiful property, comfortable, and well-equipped accommodation, their kindness was truly very special and much appreciated. They generously took the time to collect me at the train station, and drop me off upon departure. My visit went by in a blink of an eye; I wish I could have stayed longer in what was a truly idyllic setting. I will absolutely return and grateful to have discovered their place. We were allowed to experience five wonderful days in the fantastic villa directly on Lake Maggiore. The villa is located below the street, so the noise from the cars can only be heard weakly (the way down with some stairs was no problem for us). We rented the apartment Limone on the 2nd floor: the apartment is very nicely decorated with a lot of taste and we found everything clean and very well prepared. The view of Lake Maggiore is fantastic! The communication and support by Sabine and Albert was very pleasant, our inquiries were answered quickly and kindly and competently. Cannero Riviera is a beautiful place that can be reached quickly on foot. We hope to spend days there again and highly recommend this place!

Andreas is really a super host: very friendly and accommodating, we were even allowed to use his garage space. Communication was extremely straightforward and everything was well described. The location of the historic house is unique: unique views of Lake Maggiore and the mountains as well as the wonderful garden and the super equipped loggia in front of the apartment invite you to linger. The village shop can be reached on foot in 5 minutes and is equipped with the most important for everyday needs. The apartment is very tasteful but also practically furnished. Everything is there (even coffee!), the bed is very comfortable, and the view from the bedroom is unique. It was still a little cold during our stay, but we were able to heat the rooms well. All in all, we enjoyed our stay at Cà la Rocca and can wholeheartedly recommend it.

We stayed with Aglaia for 11 days and felt very comfortable! The place was very clean, everything you need was available and the location is just beautiful and a perfect base for many excursions! We were very warmly welcomed and spoiled with nice little things. Annette, Bernd and Juna say thank you😊

The accommodation, the village and the surrounding area are very nice. We liked the quiet location of the apartment (and yet in the middle of the village) very much and it ensured relaxation. The apartment is well equipped. The roof terrace for shared use is particularly great. We will be happy to come back to Astano.

Carmen is friendly and helpful. The location of the apartment is ideal for excursions to the lake or Malcantone and offers a magnificent view of Lake Lugano.

It was a great choice to stay - not only Alessia is a great host - but also the place is perfect if you want to enjoy peaceful time and have walkable access to the centre. Please feels like home due to carefully selected amenities and materials used. Alessia is going an extra mile in being a host - she helps with arrival and departure, gives local tips that one would not know otherwise! Beautiful view on Pescallo bay, delicious fruits just next door! This was a perfect weekend gateway - thank you Alessia!

We spent a long weekend at the apartment and were very happy with our stay. It was easy to find, and Daniela made the check-in process seamless by providing clear instructions in advance. She also shared plenty of tips for local activities and restaurants. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed from cooking essentials to laundry facilities. Although the parking area next to the house was sometimes full in the evenings, there was also some space where you could park just up the road, so it wasn’t an issue. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this place.

We stayed at Alice’s apartment in Gandria, just outside Lugano, and absolutely loved it. The apartment is beautifully situated with a breathtaking view of Lake Lugano—it’s truly the highlight of the place. Waking up to that serene lake scene every morning was unforgettable. The apartment itself was clean, well-equipped, and cozy—perfect for a quiet and relaxing getaway. Even though it rained for much of our stay, the space was so comfortable that we didn’t mind spending extra time indoors, just enjoying the view and peaceful atmosphere. Alice was a thoughtful and responsive host, providing clear instructions and helpful tips about the area. The location is ideal for those looking to unwind away from the busier city center, while still being close enough to enjoy everything Lugano has to offer. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a tranquil retreat with unbeatable lake views. I’d definitely stay here again—hopefully with sunnier weather next time!

This family stay went extremely well; we enjoyed Luca's accommodation which perfectly matched the description. The charming asset: the spa and jacuzzi with stunning views of the lake. 😍 A big thank you to co-hosts Andrea and Carla for their kindness and responsiveness in exchanges before, during and after our stay. I would recommend it in a second!

You can’t beat Life in the skyline of Milan with the incredible Milan Central Station as a backdrop.

Quiet and great place, the apartment was as described in the advertisement. We were 6 adults who had a great week in the apartment with a great view. We rented bikes from @Bike it! Bellagio, very good service here too. Nice to cycle to experience new places, the ferry from Bellagio went to both sides of the lake and was easily accessible 😊

Lisa and her family were incredibly gracious and responsive hosts. They met us shortly after we arrived helped us park our van and carry in our bags. They gave us recommendations for restaurants and we ended up booking a lovely boat ride on Lake Como with Lisa as our captain. The apartment was as pictured and was comfortable for our family.
