Patrick's place was perfect for me. While it is true that the apartment is a bit dated, everything was great for me. This is one of the prime units in the building in a loft layout and a small balcony with really nice views. AC and WiFi worked perfectly and the kitchen is well equipped. Huge washer was also a bonus. I would gladly stay here again.

Found this listing last minute, and they were able to adjust to accommodate us. We only stayed for one night, but it was a great having our family visit us there! The check-in process was smooth and easy, and the hosts were responsive throughout. The spot was exactly as described—clean, and comfortable. Even though it was a short stay, everything we needed was available, from fresh towels to clean linens. The location was convenient, perfect for having our family come over. We would definitely consider staying here again for a longer visit. Thank you so much!

Super love this place! First time namin makastay sa condo this spacious sobrang ganda ng vibe, very cozy and relaxing. We really loved everything from the quality of the room, ang lambot ng pillows and mattress (super comfy, nakaka-relax matulog), ang linis ng unit, and well-maintained talaga. The host was very accommodating din, madaling kausap. Perfect for a chill and comfortable stay. Also super convenient because there is 24/7 grocery sa baba lang mismo ng building and swimming pool although maliit sya its still nice kc its rooftop sobrang ganda ng view if you love city view. 10/10 for us, highly recommended! 🫶✨ Would book here again next time.

Had a great stay. It's a very lovely place, convenient and pet friendly. The only thing we didn't like is the parking, but the architectural design is out of anybody's control so this would just be a heads up to anyone with big cars. You'd have to navigate a bit since the parking numbers are not consistent and the space is also not a standard grid. Other than that, we had a very comfortable stay. We will definitely come back next time!

We had a wonderful stay! Sir Carlo and Ma’am Patricia provided excellent service—they were very responsive to all my questions and made sure all our requests were attended to. My family truly enjoyed our time, especially the kids who had a blast with the games and the pool. The free parking was also a big plus. Thank you for the warm hospitality! My husband says it’s his favorite little place of all the places we had stayed before. The bed is soft you don’t wanna get out of bed in the morning. It has a nice view at the balcony, the bathroom is sooooo nice and clean my husband loves it especially the kitchen all things in it…The TV is so big and it’s perfectly mounted in front of the bed which my husband always prefer in booking a place. We had a great stay. I highly recommend this place☺️

Fantastic place to stay in uptown BGC. Upper floor so very low noise for the city. Near great restaurants and malls. Very walkable. Unit was immaculately clean and taken care of. Host was awesome!

Ben’s place was beautiful and very comfortable! It was walkable to restaurants, and close to the MRT. We would stay here again next time.

I have been staying for about a week in Mandaluyong, the apartment was very convenient. It has a comfortable space, a good bed and 2 split airconditioning units which you will need in summer. The kitchen has mostly what you need to cook and The mall and supermarkets are nearby. Getting inside is easy and the guards are really nice. The direct neighborhood doesn't offer entertainment but you'll be on a convenient spot with a short ride. I'd stay again.

Great stay at Abner’s. He was a warm host and easily contacted. The place was immaculately maintained and all amenities were in good working condition. Smart home too! We’ll definitely stay here again.
