Rustic, Rural, Relaxing Casa in heart of Tsoveca

Take it easy here. This is simple living at it's best. Relax on the patio and listen to the birds. Away from the hustle and bustle of city life. No wi-fi (use your cell phone with local data), no TV. 500 steps to the lagoon. Safe, comfortable with all the home trimmings but rustic. Certainly not five star but by design. We have kept the original bricks and deliberately did not plaster them to keep the house rustic. Unsymmetrical paint too. 4 x 4 required for easy access to property from Bilene.

Shongili Lodge Unit 1

Experience the unrefined, culture-rich environment like never before. Situated on the Eastern side of Lagoa Uembje, Shongili Lodge is reached by an 8 minute boat ride over clear, clean waters from the Mozambique town of Biléne. Or for the adventurous drivers, an hour and a half scenic 4x4 or 2x4 drive from the same town. The lodge is run completely on solar power with water sourced from a well on the grounds, This may mean a little less appliances, but also an abundance of quiet reflection.

Tsakani beach house

This is a magical place with total exclusivity if you are longing for that and adventure in an extraordinary setting. You have the lagoon as a calm private beach and you can take a 10 minutes walk to the wilder Indian Ocean. The house is perfect for a couple or a small family. From the Bilene village to the house you take a 10 minutes boat trip. If you have a 4x4 car you can drive around the beach and it takes almost one hour. There is a spectacular bird life with more than 26 species.

We had a great stay in Bilene. The house is amazing and directly located at the beach. Check-in was easy and convenient. We struggled a bit with electricity as the stove was faulty but electricians were on site and assisted quickly. We will definitely come back. Great place!

o espaço da tatiana definitivamente superou as nossas espectativas , tem tudo que você precisa na cozinha , o jardim , a piscina tudo limpo e organizado , a casa é limpa e bem cuidada certamente voltaremos a ficar na casa ,nos sentimos em casa , e o cuidador constantino é muito prestativo e argil ,

This was an amazing stay, we could reach the host anytime during our stay. the cleaner and the other guys who cater the place made our stay very easier am very happy with their services. the place was spotless every day since well the helper cleans even on Sunday's "which was first". the place is very close to the famous sandbar lounge and there's also a close market where we could also access banks there. ohh not to forget, we were given a bigger house by our host which we are very grateful for, the house was three bedroom and yet we booked for two bedroom it had an private pool and it was very spacious and secured home. I would definitely visit Papillon's home again when visiting bilene. Obrigado "thank you"😊 🙏
