The mini kitchen comes with cooker, fridge, microwave, kettle, small table with chairs, etc. There's a level floor bathroom with shower and washing machine. Free and safe parking next to the house. We (Armin (67), Heidi (61) and Waltraud (84) live in a 2-family house with 50 sqm attic apartment in a district of Bielefeld and yet very central. A bakery, dentist, restaurant, ice cream parlor, Aldi, Lidl, Takko, Schuhpark and a large supermarket are within walking distance. By "bus" you are in the city at the train station on the boulevard with its cinemas, pubs and restaurants in 17 minutes. The connection to the highway is very good (about 7 minutes). Free guest parking is available.

Cosy Vintage Flat university & forest close

Welcome to 1958! In this small apartment everything is like it was in the 50s - with today's technology. The overall style rocks and rolls between cute, stuffy and cozy. Furniture, curtains, books, lamps, dishes etc. are original from the period and lovingly put together. There´s a pinball machine and an autom. coffee machine in the kitchen. Unsere 40qm grosse Wohnung liegt zentral im Bielefelder Stadtteil Brackwede. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem Einfamilienhaus mit einem eigenen Eingang. Kostenlose Parkplätze sind auf der Straẞe vorhanden. S-Bahn und Bushaltestelle Kann man 3 Minuten zu Fuß erreichen. Die Straßenbahn braucht 15 min in die Bielefeld City. Gute Anbindung an die A2 und A33. Nur ein paar Gehminuten kann man den Teutoburger Wald genießen. Café, Kiosk und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in der Nähe.

Within walking distance, there is a lot to reach: the Kunsthalle, Oetkerhalle, the train station and the city center. The university is also close by. Mono im Teuto

NEU: Direkt neben „Mono" steht ein weiteres Haus, „Nest im Wald“. Kann man auch besuchen. Oder beide… „Mono“ ist ein vor Jahrzehnten ausgebauter Trailer. Im Zuge einer Komplettsanierung bekam es 2020 rundum ein Timber-Frame-Skelett (neues Dach, neue Dämmung etc.) und damit eine erste Etage. Größe: 3,20 mal 13 Meter. Es heißt "Mono", da sein Außen, so wie auch jeder Raum innen, von hauptsächlich einer Farbe bestimmt wird.

Central and New - 1ZiApp between Uni & City

Built in 1895, the house was renovated and fully modernized by us in 2015. We are a very nice Hs community, a total of 4 parties live in the house. We also live on the ground floor, door to the door, so to speak, and we will be available for questions. The apartment is furnished with everything and if something is missing, or a washing machine is needed, we can help with anything.
