The cottage is heated either by an electric boiler with wiring to the entire building or by a wood-burning fireplace.

The apartment is located in the ambience of the Rathewalder Mühle, right next to the bastion and directly adjacent to the core zone of the Saxon Switzerland National Park. The famous Malerweg leads right past. Ideal for excursions to the Elbe Sandstone Mountains, but also to the surroundings of Pirna and Dresden.

In the house there is a fireplace for the cool days and in the garden you can barbecue or simply enjoy the great starry sky at night.
