Pleno centro de la ciudad; Excelente ubicación a 90 metros el mar. Fácil llegada desde el aeropuerto y terminal. En época de ballenas se pueden ver y escuchar desde las ventanas de la casa. Departamento inaugurado hace muy poco tiempo. Todas las habitaciones tienen vista al mar. Último piso del edificio con balcón abierto. Calefacción por loza radiante. Alojamiento especial para un matrimonio con un hijo o un grupo de 3 personas. Ofrecemos en caso de que lo deseen un check in autónomo.

Located 400 metres from the beach, a few metres from the main square, bars, pharmacy, restaurants, butcher, bakery and in front of a large supermarket. Located a few metres from the bus terminal, and easy arrival from the airport. Apartment recommended for a couple with two children, or a group of 4 people.

It is located in the southern neighborhood, a very quiet and safe area. Just a block and a half from the beach and the best seaside resorts to enjoy in summer and in winter to see whales from the shore.
