All rooms newly furnished, 2 bedrooms with box spring beds, TV room with sofa bed for 2. 2x55" smart TV + Wi-Fi, bed linens and towels. Bath and shower, toilet, washing machine. Parking at the house. We are in the outskirts of a small hamlet in the district of Ostallgäu on the border with Upper Bavaria, very easy to reach via the B472. Plenty of space around the house, a small paradise for children with playhouse, climbing trees, trampoline, swings and several pieces of playground equipment. A large wooden terrace equipped with pallet furniture invites you to chill, barbecue and enjoy the sunset. In short, the right place for a little break from stressful everyday life to recharge your batteries.

On the terrace, a charcoal grill is waiting to be fired up and in the large garden, a trampoline and fireplace make hearts beat faster.

This unique place has a style on its own. Even though it is „only“ a studio you have lots and lots of room and opportunity to hang out. The TV is very versatile and you can choose if you’d want to watch TV from the couch or sitting in the chairs around the kitchen table. The sun room is my favourite spot with 2 unique seating arrangements that are very comfy.
