The Alpenflora house is quietly located, but is still centrally located. 5 minutes' walk to the train station or the supermarket and you can also reach the mountain railways in 5 minutes' walk. In summer, hiking and walking trails are very close by.

Our apartment house is in a quiet, yet central and most beautiful location of Lermoos. Right next to our house is the ski slope and the start of many hiking or biking trails. Each apartment has a well-equipped kitchen, dining and living area and a private bathroom. Of our 4 apartments, three have a private terrace and one apartment has a spacious balcony. Parking is available for each apartment and there is also a ski/bike storage room.

This unique place has a style on its own. Even though it is „only“ a studio you have lots and lots of room and opportunity to hang out. The TV is very versatile and you can choose if you’d want to watch TV from the couch or sitting in the chairs around the kitchen table. The sun room is my favourite spot with 2 unique seating arrangements that are very comfy.
