We had a wonderful stay at Ali’s place in Beyoğlu! The apartment was clean, well-equipped, and exactly as shown in the photos. We especially loved the location – it was very central and close to everything important (sightseeing: e.g. galata tower etc.)! A big thank you to Ali, who was an amazing host – always helpful, quick to respond, and very kind. We felt well taken care of from the very beginning. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Istanbul! 🙌

Все прошло отлично. Большая и чистая квартира в хорошем месте. Все соответствует описанию. Квартира не новая, но уютно и чисто. На улице магазины и кафе. Рядом большая детская площадка. Возле больницы. Рекомендую.

В этом доме останавливалась примерно 10 раз! Очень безопасно самое главное! Хозяин всегда на связи! Расположение просто отличное!

When we arrived we were overwhelmed by the beauty of the expansive sea view framed by the gorgeous green landscape filled with roses and lilies. We even saw a pod of dolphins leaping from the water! We truly enjoyed ourselves and relaxed in this lovely old home. Even though the house is located in a seaside resort area, we felt we were in the quiet countryside. The mature trees and bushes gave us lots of privacy. The house has all the needed amenities and we made good use of the washer and dryer. Important for us we also had fast WiFi everywhere on the large property. I gathered fresh eggs from the hens and picked fresh cherries for our breakfast, a true delight for this city woman! We spent our days poolside and the SUPER responsive property manager even bought us new lounge chairs to make us more comfortable. The highlight was watching the sun set from the terrace. I want to come back in the winter to enjoy a cozy fire lounging on the sofa in the pool house. Best vacay house ever!

during checkin..its seem like dull neighbourhood..but day after tours around istanbul. now i realised this apartment is actually peaceful neighbourhood and really great place to stay after tired. Btw, the highlight of this apartment is: -2min walk to tram yusufpasa -1min walk to bustop -1min walk to various atm -some restaurants downstairs -5min walk to convenience store the house itself - spacious - bright vibe - tiptop clean - well maintained - enough silverware to cook yourself - feel like own home the host - super responsive - no problem with english - warm welcoming by his father even though not really into english speaking but we got his point. if i need to describe in 2 words about this apartment is " convenience location"

This was a very good trip Much better than my last trip to turkey thanks to the house, the house was very clean and exactly like the pictures, everything was as described and the owner was very good at communicating with me and checking up on things.

Baran ist ein sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber, der immer gut erreichbar war. Die Kommunikation lief reibungslos. Bei der Ankunft meldet man sich zuerst beim Pförtner, danach wird man direkt vom Vermieter empfangen und bekommt Zugang zur Unterkunft. Die Gegend ist sicher und gepflegt – man fühlt sich direkt wohl. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet: Es gibt eine Waschmaschine, einen Geschirrspüler und einen großen Fernseher. Der seitliche Ausblick vom Balkon ist auch ganz schön. Ein paar Infos, die wir erst vor Ort erfahren haben: Das Fitnessstudio ist nur bis 19 Uhr geöffnet, da danach Chlor in die Pools gegeben wird – ab dann ist Schwimmen nicht mehr möglich. Auch die Klimaanlage befindet sich nur im Wohnzimmer; in den Schlafzimmern gibt es leider keine. Wenn man aber nachts die Türen offen lässt, kommt ein angenehmer Luftzug durch. Trotz dieser kleinen Punkte hatten wir einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt und haben uns wohlgefühlt. Ich gebe der Unterkunft 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

By far the best host I've had on Airbnb! Super attentive, always available, and incredibly quick to respond. The flat is fantastic—very comfortable, with everything we needed for a great stay. One small suggestion: it would be helpful to provide essentials like oil, salt, toilet paper, and sugar—basic items most guests typically need. We had to purchase these on the first day, but it wasn’t a big issue and didn’t affect our overall experience. The neighborhood is excellent, with plenty of restaurants, cafes, gyms, and more to explore. If you choose this flat, you won’t regret it! I’d absolutely stay here again.

Furkan bey iyi niyetli bir arkadaştır. Her sorumuza sabır ile cevap verdi sanki yıllarca tanıdığım bir arkadaşım gibiydi. Eviniz bulunduğu yer güzel ve sakindi. Sakin olmasının yanında ulaşımı çok rahattı. Sadece biraz yokuş vardı ama İstanbul yedi tepe zaten çoğu yerde yokuş var. Teşekkürler Furkan arkadaş.
