This two floor apartment was perfect in terms of accessibility, space, cleanliness, and air conditioning was perfect. Ayman was very easy to reach and he was very helpful.

Ayman is a great person and a great host as well. Always there, responsive and helpful. He even offered his car for free for a ride around the city. Highly recommended for a long or short stay.

The best thing about our vacation was the house. It was wonderful, large, clean and very suitable for children. There is a garden and a swimming pool inside the residential complex. With the presence of security staff, the situation was very safe and comfortable for children. The house is close to public transportation and restaurants. Yaman was a very good and friendly person and gave us a lot of help. I highly recommend

The place was so nice, clean and convenient. There was enough dishes, extra bed sheets and towels. Each room had its own bathroom. The pool was clean and ready to use. Their hospitality was great. I was there with my relatives. All of them were happy about that place.

First of all, thank you Mr. Milat. She provided us with any convenience and showed a flexible attitude. He answered our questions without getting bored and quick. The house is in a very quiet neighborhood and in a decent area.

We had a wonderful stay at Ali’s place in Beyoğlu! The apartment was clean, well-equipped, and exactly as shown in the photos. We especially loved the location – it was very central and close to everything important (sightseeing: e.g. galata tower etc.)! A big thank you to Ali, who was an amazing host – always helpful, quick to respond, and very kind. We felt well taken care of from the very beginning. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Istanbul! 🙌

We were greeted by Mucahits father, very hospitable and came running with some fresh simit when we arrived. Although he spoke very little English he did his best to make us feel at home. Apartment was fine especially for the price.

This was our fourth trip to Istanbul and we decided to try an Air BNB as the hotels seem to always be built next to night clubs or are over priced. We definitely made the right decision. This air bnb is large and very well located. We weren't interested in going to the historic sites this trip but it is close to them without being in the historic peninsula which is noisy and crowded. This place is very quiet especially at night, compared to other places we have stayed in Istanbul and the neighborhood is fascinating and picturesque

When we arrived we were overwhelmed by the beauty of the expansive sea view framed by the gorgeous green landscape filled with roses and lilies. We even saw a pod of dolphins leaping from the water! We truly enjoyed ourselves and relaxed in this lovely old home. Even though the house is located in a seaside resort area, we felt we were in the quiet countryside. The mature trees and bushes gave us lots of privacy. The house has all the needed amenities and we made good use of the washer and dryer. Important for us we also had fast WiFi everywhere on the large property. I gathered fresh eggs from the hens and picked fresh cherries for our breakfast, a true delight for this city woman! We spent our days poolside and the SUPER responsive property manager even bought us new lounge chairs to make us more comfortable. The highlight was watching the sun set from the terrace. I want to come back in the winter to enjoy a cozy fire lounging on the sofa in the pool house. Best vacay house ever!

Living in an apartment near Akbati Mall offers several advantages. The location provides excellent convenience for shopping and entertainment, with immediate access to retail stores, restaurants, and leisure activities. This proximity can significantly reduce travel time for everyday necessities. The area around Akbati Mall is likely well-connected to public transportation, making it easier to commute to other parts of the city.

A comfortable and clean place with everything you need and a wonderful view

Mr. Fatih was extremely helpful in terms of transportation and accommodation, my check-in to the apartment was very comfortable and smooth, the house was clean and had a wonderful view as seen in the pictures, thank you for your hospitality, it will be one of my first choices for my future stays

We stayed for 2 nights at Vedat's place. We did enjoy the close proximity to the beach which makes Büyükçekmece one of the highlights in Istanbul. The neighbourhood is family-like and welcoming to respectful guests. Spending a weekend there will truly create unforgetful memories. Vedat and his brother made sure that our stay was as smooth as possible. When I had a question, Vedat was only a text message away. Would stay again.

The house was very clean and tidy. The owners were always caring and friendly. They confirmed if we had any needs on the 2nd day of our stay. Clean hair and bath towels, toilet paper and roll towels, dish soap were available. So we didn't feel the need to shop much. The house did not have a balcony, but the private area on the common floor was very pleasant. I recommend sitting there and drinking tea in the evening cool. Since we were in the wind, we were a little cold at sea, but it was worth it. The sea was clean, but there was some seaweed, and as we went, a glass-like water greeted you. Since there were not many waves, we were able to swim with great little pleasure. It was also very nice to provide two sun loungers and an umbrella for the beach. A few guests left the hosts in a difficult situation because they took the cards provided with them. Please don't behave like this. We never had a problem with sunbeds and umbrellas though. Attempted not to be a survivor. Thanks for everything. We would love to stay again:)

Furkan was very friendly and responsive. He helped me a lot through the whole stay. I had a nice and cozy stay, the place felt like home.

I had a very comfortable stay. Cuneyt is very friendly, cooperative and quick to respond. As I was visiting to attend the fair at Tuyap, the apartment was ideally located just next to the fair grounds which was very convenient. Cuneyt's advise to take the Metrobus from airport was very helpful. Overall, I had a good experience.

A nice, tidy, clean house. It is very close to the Cihangir metrobus stop. So transportation was comfortable and easy. The neighborhood was quiet. The entrance was very comfortable. The host provided the necessary information. Communication was not a problem. I recommend it.
