Je vous présente la Bergerie des Restanques : elle fait une trentaine de m2, en pleine campagne. Les amoureux de la nature apprécieront son toit terrasse, ses chênes centenaires, ainsi que son poêle à bois. Ce charmant gîte insolite indépendant et typiquement provencal, est idéalement situé dans le village de Besse sur Issole, sur un terrain de 5000 m2 (sur lequel nous vivons avec nos chevaux, poules, chat, chiens..) entre lacs, mer et montagnes, à 1h du Verdon. Un vrai coin de paradis..!!🌳🌼

Je vous propose ma maisonnette " Kepek " 55 m2, exposée Sud, avec grande terrasse ombragée de 50 m2 et jardin, en lisière de forêt. Le coin est prisé par les randonneurs. Agencée de façon originale, ambiance champêtre et reposante. Belle vue sur les collines et sans vis à vis. Wifi, brasseur d air au plafond - pas de télé et pas de clim ! Par contre il y a un vidéoprojecteur et grand écran, pour faire des séances de cinéma ou regarder la TV en direct (venez avec votre ordi, port HDMI)

A seulement à 1 km du village de Besse sur Issole, charmant village du Var, entre mer et montagne. (35 minutes de Hyères). Notre maison se trouve au milieu des bois. Nous vous proposons un joli appartement de 33 m², entièrement équipé avec son jardin entièrement clôturé et sa piscine privative. Nous mettons à votre disposition des vélos. Pour les marcheurs il y a quelques balades au départ de la maison. Chiens acceptés.

Situé en plein cœur du var à 40 min de Hyères, 35min de toulon, 1h35 de saint tropez, 2h10 des gorges du verdon, 1h de fréjus, 1h30 de Nice et a 2h30 de la frontière italienne. La plage la plus proche est à 45min de route. ( serviette de bain non fourni)
