Vacation rentals with beach access in Beşiktaş

Nihat was a very gracious host— we all felt right at home. The recommendations provided regarding restaurants and sights were perfect, and Nihat responded very promptly to any questions we had. The location was amazing, with close proximity to Galata Tower and a variety of shops and cafes. A great place to stay in a beautiful city.

Öncelikle evin konumu çok iyi. Marmaraya ve Bostancı İskelesine yürüyerek ulaşabiliyorsunuz. Maltepe parkına da aynı şekilde yürüyerek gidebiliyorsunuz. Özellikle çocuklu aileler için büyük avantaj. Bağdat caddesindeki çoğu mekana 15-20 dk mesafede. Mutfak, banyo ve yatak odası gayet temizdi. Mutfak malzemelerini rahatça kullandık ama tavalar biraz çizik olduğu için kendimiz ufak bir tava aldık. Yalnızca halı pek temiz değildi. Çocuksuz konaklamalarda bir problem olmaz ama oğlumuz henüz emekleme aşamasında olduğu için biraz rahatsız etti açıkçası. Özetle, keyifli ve rahat bir konaklamaydı bizim için. Tekrar tercih ederim.

Kadıköyde tren garına ve Kadıköy merkeze arabayla 5 dakikada, sakin bir sokakta çok güzel bir ev. Ev geniş, temiz ve bakımlı. Yardım gerektiğinde ya da bir sorunuz olduğunda ulaştığınızda hızlı dönüş yapılıyor. Kalacak bir yer için, bu kadar geniş bakımlı, ve merkezi bir yerde olduğunu düşenecek olursak, fiyata değiyor.

My family and I (4 people total) stayed here for 5 nights, and the experience exceeded our expectations. The unit was spotless, with everything brand new and in perfect condition. Bedding and towels were exceptionally clean, and all appliances worked perfectly. Hasan was incredibly responsive and welcoming—he made everything easy and enjoyable. The location was also fantastic. The neighborhood is walkable and not in a steep area, unlike some parts of Istanbul. There were plenty of great restaurants nearby, and the ferry and other public transportation options were just a short walk away. One thing to note: there is only one bathroom, and it's located inside the bedroom. For groups larger than two, that may affect privacy depending on the sleeping setup. It wasn’t a problem for us, but it’s something to consider. Overall, I’d absolutely stay here again and would recommend it to friends without hesitation.

Acun's apartment was really clean and well organised! It had everything we needed for an amazing visit to Turkey, in an incredible location. The sea front is 5 minutes walk away and there are tons of great restaurants and cafes nearby. Totally recommend staying here as an alternative to the much more touristy parts of Istanbul. Acun was really helpful and quick to respond. Great flat in a a great building in a great area. No more needed.

We loved our stay in the Old Town of Istanbul. The location was perfect, right near the Blue Mosque. Lots of great restaurants nearby. Strong communication with our host. Beds comfortable. Clean. A nice sitting area to relax after walking and exploring. Thanks so much Yavuz.

We stayed in Volkan’s place for 4 nights. Very nice apartment, specious, comfortable, clean and it had everything we needed. The neighbourhood (Erenköy) is lovely. The street the apartment is on is very walkable and has a lot of nice high quality cafes and it’s also very close to trendy Baghdat st. Volkan was quick to respond to any questions we had and he communicated in a perfect manner. Highly recommend!

Alles top für eine Nacht im wunderbaren Istanbul! Zimmer war sehr sauber, Bad war sehr sauber. An der Rezeption gibt es einen Wasserspender und Tee zum Aufgießen. Tuncay hatte kein Problem und erlaubte mir ein wenig später auszuchecken.

Parfait accueil par Wahid lors de notre arrivée à Istanbul! Le logement est parfaitement situé à quelques minutes des grands sites à visiter (Mosquée bleue, Sainte-Sophie, Grand Bazar, etc). Wahid est un hôte parfait et son magasin de tapis situé au premier étage est une mine de richesse et de belles trouvailles!

The house has everything for a mid-long term stay, including cooking utensils, basic ingredients like salt, sugar, oil and spices. It also has dishwasher and washing machine. The garden green is very relaxing. 5 minutes walk from supermarket, 5 to 7 minutes walk to bank, ATM and metro station. Also walking distance from the colorful houses on vibrant Kuzguncuk street. Loved our stay. Seda is very kind and made sure that we have a comfortable stay with our baby. She also allowed a late check out. I will book this place again.

This is by far the best Airbnb we’ve stayed at in this neighborhood—and we’ve tried five others before! Our host, Zafer, was incredibly thoughtful, kind, and always responsive. The apartment has absolutely breathtaking views—our visiting friends were speechless when they saw them! The location is perfect: just a 5–8 minute walk to the Bosphorus, where you can enjoy fishing, running, walking, or simply soaking in the beauty of the water. There are fantastic breakfast, lunch, and dinner spots nearby, and a grocery store just 30 seconds away (they even deliver!). Our kids loved the place, and we felt right at home. We had an unforgettable time and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommended!

Ev beklediğim gibiydi. Güzel bir misafirlik oldu. sessiz, sakin ve bahçesi var. Genel anlamda beğendim.

Hasan and the other staff members were always super polite and very welcoming. The room is right next to the reception but it’s very quiet at night so we slept very well. The location is great, a couple minutes walk to Taksim Square, restaurants, and public transport.

We had a wonderful stay at Ali’s place in Beyoğlu! The apartment was clean, well-equipped, and exactly as shown in the photos. We especially loved the location – it was very central and close to everything important (sightseeing: e.g. galata tower etc.)! A big thank you to Ali, who was an amazing host – always helpful, quick to respond, and very kind. We felt well taken care of from the very beginning. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Istanbul! 🙌

I had such a wonderful experience here. Mücahit and his father were incredibly kind and helpful the entire time. And honestly, the space is even better than described in the pictures ! The place doesn’t not require a trek up a big hill and is on a quiet side street. However, it’s located within a lively area so you have access to everything you need nearby. Within the home, there was lots of privacy and honestly a great option if you are staying with your family ! Once again, Mücahit and his father were great hosts and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. I would highly recommend staying here !

Nous avons été bien reçu. L appartement est bien situé proche du métro. les restaurants sont situés dans les rues parallèle à l immeuble. On ne le sait pas le premier jour. Salle de sport piscine intérieur et extérieur. personnrl de l immeuble très sociable et agréable. Bonne réactivité de notre hote.

Manzara fotoğraflardan gözüken daha da güzel. Heryere yürürmeye mesafesinde. Evde ev aleti olarak herşey vardı. Tek problem sigara içmek için bina değil bahçeninde dışına çıkılması lazım.

Furkan bey iyi niyetli bir arkadaştır. Her sorumuza sabır ile cevap verdi sanki yıllarca tanıdığım bir arkadaşım gibiydi. Eviniz bulunduğu yer güzel ve sakindi. Sakin olmasının yanında ulaşımı çok rahattı. Sadece biraz yokuş vardı ama İstanbul yedi tepe zaten çoğu yerde yokuş var. Teşekkürler Furkan arkadaş.

Very beautiful place and host! The area is amazing, with a lot of cafes and restaurants, but not crowded and very friendly. Sengul is amazing host, very helpful and kind. The apartment is beautiful and looks literally like on the photos. Very clean and with all necessary facilities. Thank you a lot for hosting me! It was a very big pleasure!
