At 50m from the wonderful lakeside promenade that takes to Villa Olmo, we have setup a double room, in a building that was a 600's monastery. The room overlooks the internal courtyard with a small balcony, away from the noise of the main street. The historical city city can be reached by feet, in a few mins, via the cycle / pedestrian path facing the lake. Nearby you will find delightful clubs, bars and restaurants and good parking possibilities Como main station is just a few minutes' walk away

Ideale per rilassarsi, ascoltando il suono delle onde del lago, che lambiscono l'abitazione. Si trova nel centro del tipico paese di Carate Urio, di fronte alla caffetteria, alla farmacia, a due negozi di alimentari ed alla fermata dei bus C10 e C20. il parcheggio pubblico è davanti all'entrata della casa

Monolocale Gemma : relax a filo dell' acqua

Simpatico monolocale a filo dell'acqua con una bella vista su Morcote. Brusino Arsizio si trova ai piedi del Monte San Giorgio (patrimonio dell'Unesco). Dista da Lugano 25 km, Mendrisio 12 km dove c'é il famoso Factory Stores Foxtown, da Como 26 km, da Milano 73 km e infine è comodo per chi deve partire o arrivare dall'aeroporto di Milano Malpensa (58 km). Se volete visitare il Monte Generose la stazione del trenino dista 9 km. L'appartamento non è ideale per chi non ha un mezzo di trasporto.
