Studio adjoining the owners' house with independent access. Located on the hillside, unobstructed and panoramic views of the Ibie Valley and mountains. Enclosed land and close to the center of Vallon (15 min walk). No smoking inside. The pool (from 06 to 09 depending on the weather) is treated with bio-uv ( so no chlorine or salt). Sunscreen is prohibited to preserve the balance of the water. 2 dogs (medium size) and 3 cats in need of affection present on the property.
