Dichtbij Amsterdam, Volendam, Alkmaar en Enkhuizen. De camping heeft diverse faciliteiten zoals kanoverhuur, wasserette, speeltuintjes, tafeltennistafel, visplaatsen, restaurant met groot buitenterras, receptie met campingwinkeltje (o.a. warme broodjes) etc. Reistijd met de auto: Volendam 15 min, Amsterdam 25 min. Noordzee 35 min.

Omschrijving Bed and breakfast In a Glasshouse is gevestigd in Oostwoud in het hart van Westfriesland. Het is een cottage-achtige woning gelegen achter ons glasatelier in de diepe tuin aan het water. Het is te huur als B&B maar ook als vakantiewoning voor een langere periode. Er is o.a. een Grand Cafe De Post om de hoek waar heerlijk gegeten kan worden en een pizza eettentje Giovanni Midwoud die ook bezorgd. Er is tegen betaling een motorbootje aanwezig. Onze B&B is gelegen in het hart van Waarland, met Alkmaar, Schagen en Heerhugowaard op fietsafstand. Het is een gastenverblijf voor 4 personen, geschikt voor een gezin met grotere kinderen. In Waarland is geen treinstation en 's avonds rijden er geen bussen. Zonder auto zijn wij wellicht niet de juiste locatie. Bij een verblijf langer dan 5 dagen wordt een korting gegeven, maar dient u zelf voor het ontbijt te zorgen.
