Although it was a bit loud due to the area the airbnb was located in, it was still a very nice and roomy airbnb. For the most part everything was clean, I just think the floor in the living room needed some vacuuming! There were a lot of helpful amenities like a washer, hair dryer, iron, etc. The host was also very responsive and helpful when the bathroom sink handle didn’t work and fixed it right away. Overall a very nice stay!

This is a fairly new and modern apartment on the 17th floor; very much like a hotel room with a card key slot to turn on power to the apartment. We used the aparment as our base to stow our gear on our trip to the Mekong Delta (roughly 4 hrs away driving). The rest of the time we explored Ho Chi Minh City. ...if you want to get to downtown you'll need to take a Grab (their version of Uber) from this location; Grab is very inexpensive and it's a short ride....recommend you get the app. There is a small WinMart nearby so snacks and drinks are convenient to get. We mostly ate out when we were there, so didn't use the appliances much. Clean and comfortable - all in, we would rent this apartment again.

Linh was very helpful when we needed even when we asked where to go to eat etc. I would highly recommend this airbnb and the location is great

i know for hcm standards it might seem pricey but i would actually stay here again. the location is really great and the apartment was so clean and nice. everything worked as it should and it was just an overall seamless experience. there are definitely cheaper places but i have no regrets about what i spent for my 4 day stay at all, surprisingly. there is a gs25, highland coffee, and katinat in your backyard… must i say more

Great little room. Has everything you need. Bed was very comfortable, the room was clean, bathroom was clean and the shower had hot water. Great value

was pleasently surprised with our stay at Julie's place. it was super nice has a rooftop pool and gym. Suites us well. having a washer and dryer is fantastic as well when you've been travelling for a a bit and have some washing to do.

Everything was great! The location is perfect, with plenty of shops nearby (a girl's heaven). The room is spacious, and the best part is the AC, it's nice and cold, which is a lifesaver in the hot Vietnamese weather!

We moved from 04 to 02 because we had 2 toddlers. there is private outside balcony with little garden and bath (our kids enjoyed it). Room is spacious (living room and bedroom) we utilized kitchen everyday to cook to children. if you don't want cook you can just use grab and they deliver any food to the entrance door. we spent in total 20 days here. I guess that says a lot...

Tucked away in an alley right in the heart of the Bui Vien walking street area, it offers the perfect balance: peaceful tranquility when you need it, yet just steps away from all the vibrant energy, dining, and nightlife. The pull-out sofa bed provides a convenient sixth sleeping option, complemented by a handy sixth small restroom next to the living room. It's truly fantastic for a group to stay together under one roof, especially with the added convenience with the elevator. While the elevator needs a little getting used to, it's generally a huge plus. The host was incredibly helpful and provided detailed instructions, making for a smooth and enjoyable stay! There’re also a 24/24 convenience store near it house, only 1 mins walk. 깔끔하고 혼자지내기 좋은방이었습니다. 3층까지 올라가야하는 불편함과 좁은계단 공용세탁기를 써야하는 번거러움을 제외하면 매우 만족스러웠습니다. 호스트 역시 친절하고. 너무 좋았습니다.

Ich war für ein verlängertes Wochenende in Ho Chi Minh. Die Wohnung ist super gelegen und man kann alles Fußläufig erreichen. Das Gebäude ist ziemlich heruntergekommen und nicht sehr sauber. Wenn man aber erstmal in der Wohnung ist fühlt man sich direkt wohl. Kleine, Saubere, gemütliche Wohnung, die alles hat was man für seinen Aufenthalt braucht. Auch eine Waschmaschine mit 20‘ schnell durchlauf (sehr praktisch, wenn man seine T-Shirts schnell voll schwitzt) ist vorhanden. Preis-Leistung ist wirklich super wenn man es mit den Hotels in der Gegend vergleicht, die ein ähnliches Ambiente bieten wollen. Kann die Unterkunft empfehlen und würde sie selber auch wieder nutzen.

신속한 응대도 좋았고..빠른체크인과 넉넉한 수건을 요청드렸는대 모두 만족한 응대를 해주었습니다^^ 다음에 다시 방문예정인대 또다시 숙박할 예정입니다^^

Overall, they stay at Mai’s place was nice. Beautiful scenery, river panorama view. Best at sunrise. The arrangement inside the condo is well-suited. For amenities, guests might need to self-prepare shampoo and shower gel. There are plants decoration in-house and at the balcony, so there might be bugs here and there. Bugs and roaches prevention might need to be done more thoroughly. Be careful when opening the balcony because there might be paederus, a kind of insect that is always available in raining season in Vietnam. All in all, the experience at Mai’s place is worth a try.
