Fantastic room. Super clean. Great, proactive hosts. This was my second stay here and I cant wait to come back in the future.

Ich habe 3 Wochen in diesem Airbnb verbracht und war zufrieden. Die Lage ist im obersten Stock, sodass es relativ ruhig ist (kein Fahrstuhl). Es liegt in einer Seitengasse, weshalb es kaum Verkehrsgeräusche gibt. Die Bilder entsprechen der Beschreibung. Das WLAN funktioniert sehr gut, es gab auch sonst keine Probleme. Die kostenlose Zimmerreinigung ist sehr gewissenhaft und praktisch, es gibt eine Waschmaschine und Trockner zur kostenlosen Nutzung. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war schnell und einfach, in der Gegend gibt es viele Cafés und Restaurants, es ist trotzdem relativ ruhig für D1. Ich kann den Aufenthalt empfehlen.

这个房子位置非常好，楼下就是美食一条街，步行就能到独立宫，马路对面就是美妆店手机营业厅和摩托车行。房东夫妻俩非常热情，每天都帮我们把摩托车搬进屋，最后一天让我们寄存行李，临走还送了小礼物。猫猫也很可爱亲人。房好人好猫也好。

Everything was great and perfect. As per what was on the listing and exactly the same as the pictures. Place was clean, toilet was clean and spacious as well, and the bed and pillow was also comfortable. Definitely a place to comeback to stay when visiting Ho Chi Minh and this listing is definitely worth the hype and all the good reviews. Host is also very helpful, friendly and responsive catering to all my needs during my stay here. Also, there is a common area for washing and drying for your laundry which was good for long term stay as well. Overall, definitely a bang for your buck!

Đây là một trong những nơi mà khi đến tôi phải wow vì thiết kế rất đẹp, lạ, phù hợp cho những dịp đặc biệt của các cặp đôi. Vợ chồng tôi đã có khoảng thời gian vô cùng riêng tư và rất vui vẻ với những tiện ích trong căn phòng. Quầy bar đầy đủ đồ dùng như ly, cốc chén, mở rượu,... Một lưu ý là đèn hơi tối, có những lúc chúng tôi muốn có những bóng đèn sáng hơn để ăn uống sẽ tiện hơn. Nhưng đó không phải là điểm trừ. Rất gợi ý nơi này cho các cặp đôi trải nghiệm ^^

We booked this as first timers in vietnam & was so happy we came across this place because Linh helped us soo much & the place is better then the photos so clean, you see it smell it and feel it!! if your complementing staying, stay for sure!!! and communicating to linh was amazing thankyou ☺️☺️

Truly a home away from home. I confess, my initial arrival left me a little disappointed. Being so close to the local market, I worried about noise disrupting my rest. But oh, how wrong I was! The room and the entire establishment were absolutely superb. Its proximity to District 1's tourist spots is fantastic; you can even walk to many of them. There's so much to see and do, you'll be exhausted in the best way possible! The team, especially Dan and Duong, truly looked after me. They were incredibly reliable and always quick to assist. I cannot recommend this place highly enough. When my travels bring me back to Saigon, I already know exactly where I'm going.

Tina was extremely warm and accommodating as a host. She was always available to help. The house is a warm, cosy and exclusive place to stay for your vacations. Nice building and great facilities.

a nice and unique experience staying here. very local building with restaurants and cafes around. walk further and there's some fantastic crab meat delicacies restaurant. Do take note that the main gate will be locked at certain timing so do bring along both set of keys when going out. Host is very responsive and helpful. I am sure they will become super host soon!

I really like this place.. it’s quiet but close to the city. Nice area where you can also walk around at night. I’ll be back.

In the heart of District 1, just a short walk to cafes, attractions, and shops. The studio is cozy, clean, and well-equipped. There’s 24/7 security and motorbike parking, so it feels very safe. We also appreciated the steam iron, which made it easy to press light fabrics, and the washer-dryer that made our stay super convenient. Highly recommended for solo travelers or couples visiting Saigon!

Very helpful and responsive host. Room was nice and clean, looked like photos and well equipped. There are convenient stores, mini supermarket and pharmacy downstairs. Prime location.

Ich war für ein verlängertes Wochenende in Ho Chi Minh. Die Wohnung ist super gelegen und man kann alles Fußläufig erreichen. Das Gebäude ist ziemlich heruntergekommen und nicht sehr sauber. Wenn man aber erstmal in der Wohnung ist fühlt man sich direkt wohl. Kleine, Saubere, gemütliche Wohnung, die alles hat was man für seinen Aufenthalt braucht. Auch eine Waschmaschine mit 20‘ schnell durchlauf (sehr praktisch, wenn man seine T-Shirts schnell voll schwitzt) ist vorhanden. Preis-Leistung ist wirklich super wenn man es mit den Hotels in der Gegend vergleicht, die ein ähnliches Ambiente bieten wollen. Kann die Unterkunft empfehlen und würde sie selber auch wieder nutzen.

We had a fantastic stay in this well-located airbnb! The neighborhood was amazing, with great restaurants nearby, including the famous Pizza 4P's, which was a highlight of our trip. There were plenty of things to do at night, and getting around was a breeze. The home itself was mostly clean and comfortable, with a soft and cozy bed in the bedroom. Despite this, we would still recommend this place to others, especially for its excellent location and convenience. The host was very friendly and responsive as well, and they are always ready to assist!

I had an amazing stay at this penthouse apartment in Ho Chi Minh City. The place was absolutely spotless, beautifully maintained, and felt very comfortable from the moment I arrived. LinDa apartment was awesome. Super clean, well furnished and interior design. You can well that this apartment was set up as home. Highly recommended. On top of that, the location (District 4) is great, since I just needed to cross the Bridge "Cau Mong" to get to District 1 and this just took me like 10 mins by walking. LinDa is super friendly and helpful as well. I will definitely come back.

Great time at Co Fi house. We loved the authentic apartment building in a great location. The space was very nice and clean as well!
