Modern Lakefront Cottage

WOW! That’s what we said when we opened the front door. The view of the lake was awesome and Barbara’s house was perfect for the 4 of us celebrating our 70th birthdays. We have stayed in many Airbnb’s before but this house had every amenity you could ask for. It is tastefully decorated and well stocked including paper products, shampoos, spices, etc. The beds were very comfortable and the view of the morning sunrise from the master bedroom was absolutely breathtaking! We visited the National Comedy Museum in Jamestown and walked the beautiful grounds of the Chautauqua Institute ! Barbara was the perfect hostess and even offered to mail the clothes we left in the dryer back to us. As one ages, we tend to remember the “moments” and forget the “things”🥴. Thank you, Barbara, for transforming your shack into a spectacular cottage and sharing it with us.

We’ve stayed in a lot of bnbs but Disrines place was BY FAR the nicest we’ve stayed in. Lovely home, spacious and beautifully decorated. Spotlessly clean with every amenity imaginable. Crafts for adults and kids. Treats for pets. A full, lovely welcoming basket of goodies. Clean comfy beds and bathrooms with everything you could need. 5 stars are not enough to give !!

The home is so beautiful, I took pictures because I really want to build a home and it’s what I’m going to base it off of!!! Kathlene was so helpful. Anything we needed she was right on it.!! we will plan on coming again in the future! You will not be disappointed in this location or the home itself!!

Absolutely gorgeous place! The floors and walk in shower were my favorite! Bed was SUPER comfortable and it was a very "feel like home" environment. My boyfriend and I had a great time!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. We found it to be very spacious and comfortable for my husband and myself along with our 2 energetic and active pups.
