Very pleasant stay. The apartment is comfortable and functional, in a quiet and charming pedestrian street, in the city center of La Ferté-Bernard. Very good bedding. All shops and the recreation area are within walking distance. Easy parking nearby. Communication with Christine was very easy and responsive. We highly recommend it!

Les Jolis Appartements are aptly named. Ours was furnished with great care, a taste to which we were sensitive and great finesse. Better than a luxury hotel. We had an exchange with a member of the team who showed great attention. Thanks!

I only spent one night there, but the apartment is very nice and very well furnished. Enclosed parking is a plus. I would recommend the place. Simon is a very responsive host.

Very clean, hosts were extremely responsive and clear with instructions on how to access property. Local area felt a little deprived but I had no issues as was just using the apartment as a night stopover en route back to UK from Occitane area of France. I would happily stay there again if travelling a similar route.

Christine is a great host and always make sure that we felt at home. This is the 2nd time we have stayed at her place and it is still clean and artistic as before. My wife dropped her necklace after checking out and Christine is able to find it and make sure we receive it with the appropriate arrangement.

We had a great time at Sophie's, who was very welcoming. This house is idyllic if you are looking for peace. The children enjoyed the garden, swing, badminton and ping pong available. Well-equipped kitchen and comfortable bedding!

Very pleasant stay of a few days in this cottage, perfectly located for discovering the Perche. A very clean cottage, well equipped for a family, located in a building whose garden overlooks fields as far as the eye can see, where you can enjoy the sun all day, in absolute calm, interrupted from time to time by the crowing of the rooster. For the happiness of children (as well as adults), animals are there, close but discreet, but I won't say more... not to mention the family jacuzzi sessions and the crazy football games with Louis, who is so kind, and Voyelle, a dog of incredible sociability, very affectionate, and who accompanied us throughout our stay. An exotic and soothing place!

If we could give Olivier and Maud’s house more than 5 stars, we would. It was perfect! The house itself has all that you need for a comfortable stay. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen well equipped and we felt very at home from the moment we arrived. Our 19month old son also felt at home with toys to play with and the wonderful garden to play in. Olivier and Maud also provided a cot which suited our son well. The garden and surroundings are incredibly peaceful. You are very close to nature and we recorded 50+ different bird calls as well as seeing a hare in the neighbouring field. The intermarche is just down the road and convenient for shopping, as well as a good boulangarie. The neighbours are very friendly. Olivier were very responsive to messages and also very attentive. We could not have asked for a better week staying at Frechatel and other Air B&Bs are now going to have a job living up to such high expectations! We would love to return again in the future! This apartment is great for Le Mans. its close to the tram system and local shops. It's just off the main drag so its quite yet within reaching distance of the action.
