The location was great and the maid in the house was very kind, she helped us whenever we needed. Juan was very communicative and made booking easy.

Everything was in order, marvelous hot shower and complete amenities. Very responsive host. Top notch location too.

I booked the perfect place to surprise my girlfriend for her birthday. The rockwell view was gonna be another surprise for her but unfortunately, the building lights are out that day, lol. The host is so nice, accommodating and very considerate. We had a wonderful stay, definitely gonna book again. :)

You won't even thought that there's an Airbnb like this in the Metro, near the mall, very accessible. The caretakers were kind and accommodating, always ready to answer your inquiries and requests. Nate is very responsive, you can expect him to answer your queries right away. I like their kitchen, they have provided everything you need from plates to utensils. They also provided mineral water and the use of the gas stove is for free. Excellent experience, worth recommending. We enjoyed their amenities, billiards, darts, air hockey, and also the Videoke. The rooms were also nice, hope you will have rooms at the ground floor for Seniors who can no longer go upstairs. Overall rating excellent. 👍

Appreciate the host's quick response and clear instructions. The unit is located inside a gated subdivision so guests have privacy and security. This is my second time booking the place!

Ms. Marlene’s place was beyond our expectation. The place was clean and organized, with complete amenities, great view, cozy and homey vibe, and overall aesthetically pleasing. She offered a high speed internet, TV with great sound system, complete spices for cooking, and free coffee and tea! Ms. Marlene was also kind, friendly and responsive with our concerns and request. The unit is clean and the minimalist design of it elevated the look of the unit. The wi-fi is fast and the air conditioning is working perfectly. The kitchen has the basic amenities. I love that the unit has a dedicated working area! Very ideal for guests who work from home. The host is responsive and helped with the internet connection when it got disconnected for a bit. It was a great stay overall!

Had a great stay here! The place was perfect for my planned staycation, cozy, comfortable, and just what I needed. The tower itself was packed with amenities, and I especially appreciated the free access to the gym (the view from there was a nice bonus!). I also loved that it was walkable to Powerplant Mall, super convenient. Overall, a great experience and I’d definitely come back again!

Peter’s place feels very homey and is perfect for those traveling with furbabies—the building is super pet-friendly! The unit is clean and has a lovely view from the balcony, which we really enjoyed. There's a convenient store right in the basement stocked with everything you might need, which made things so easy. The Wi-Fi is strong, which made working remotely a breeze. During our stay, the rice cooker wasn’t working, but Peter’s associate was kind enough to promptly provide a replacement—we really appreciated the thoughtful gesture! The space is great for a long-term stay. It’s spacious enough for a family of four and has everything you need within reach. Overall, we had a great stay and would happily recommend it!

A hidden gem! We are blessed to find this place that fit our need. We wanted a clean, safe, economical and walkable location to Power Plant Mall/ Rockwell Center where we had a business conference. Highly recommended! Thank you Norman & Joanna :)

I enjoyed a month at this place. I slept well. For me, sleep is the most important value provided by an accommodation because I'm sensitive to night time sounds. Passing motorcycles or ambulances can be heard, but only moderately, so I still felt well-rested most mornings. For a place in the center of Manila it is probably quieter than average. So If you're looking for good rest in Manila I recommend it. All other aspects of the place were fabulous, and accurately described in the listing.

We had a wonderful stay! The listing was exactly as described—if not even better. Check-in was smooth, parking was easy, and the place was spotless. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and the internet was incredibly fast, which made everything so convenient. We especially loved the location—surrounded by great restaurants and cafes, everything we needed was just a short walk away.
