Privatsphäre wird hier grossgeschrieben, denn als letztes Haus in der Strasse und direkt am Wald gelegen sind Sie ungestört - und trotzdem nur 10 Autominuten vom Zentrum Luganos entfernt.

Paradies im Grünen

Ruhe- und Naturliebhaber können in diesem Paradies entspannen. Das Haus liegt ganz im Grünen, in einer Art Waldlichtung. Rundherum ist Natur. Das ganze Haus und der grosse Garten steht Ihnen zur Verfügung. Es hat ein Wohnzimmer mit Ausgang zur Terrasse mit Weinrebenpergola, eine Küche und im 1. Stock zwei Schlafzimmer mit je zwei Betten, Badezimmer. Zudem einen sehr grosse Garten, der in den Wald übergeht und einen kleinen Weiher. Hunde sind erlaubt. (Bettwäsche wird separat verrechnet.)

New, cozy, and spacious modern 2-bed room hideaway for 4+2 people (More on request!) The loft attic room has room for two guests. This comfortable chalet is basically a copy of the "La Graziosa" but bigger with lots of amenities. It is located just below "La Romantica" and "La Graziosa” The parking for "La Perla" is about 40 meters away. There is a short walkway leading down to the chalet. Therefore, it offers even greater privacy! Be aware that Airbnb charges an 18% commission! ​ ​

Grazioso e luminoso rustico nel cuore del nucleo di Barico, piccola frazione del Comune di Tresa. L'interno è suddiviso su due piani che comprendono, cucina, tavolo e servizio con doccia. La scala conduce ad un unico spazio con letto e zona relax. Il rustico è orientato verso sud, che garantisce un soleggiamento per tutta la giornata. L'esterno dispone di un grande giardino, in parte condiviso con l’host, attrezzato di tavolo e grill per potersi godere al meglio le giornate estive.

Das Haus ist seit Generationen in unserer Familie. Die kleine Wohnung wurde in den 70ern ausgebaut&laufend renoviert. Der grosse Garten gehört dazu und bietet viel Raum für allerlei. Es ist zw. Lago Maggiore und Monte Lema eingebettet, am Dorfrand. Das Haus ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen im grünen, unberührten Tal oder zum Biken. Mit dem Auto sind es 10 min zum See.
