Experience a comfortable stay in a well-appointed guest suite featuring a king-sized bed in a spacious bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. Enjoy access to an adjacent room with a twin bed. This room is located on the second floor of our home. You are welcome to use the laundry room. Please note that the king bed is placed in the sloped section of the bedroom. While the bedroom is private, the bathroom is shared with other guests, in my many years of hosting, this has never posed any issues.

The house is 2.5 blocks away from #5 train, Bx12, Bx8 bus; walking distance to restaurants, Pharmacies and Jacobi Hospital. Bronx Zoo, NYC Botanical Garden, and City Island are about 10 minutes driving. The block is quiet and there are plenty of spaces for street parking. Water, Heat, AC, Internet, and Electricity will be provided. This room also has its own bathroom, a mini refrigerator, and a 43 '' Samsung TV. Other areas including living room, dining room and kitchen will be shared.

This is a newly-renovated 1br apartment in a multifamily home in the Fleetwood neighborhood of Westchester. Walk to the Metro-North and catch the express train to Grand Central in 25 minutes! The property is a short walk to Bronxville, a picturesque town in Westchester, NY. The apartment itself is super cozy and a great place to stay when visiting the area! Note, it is a renovated apartment in an older home. Some features like older windows are present. This is a 3rd floor walk up!
