Beautiful country accommodation close to Vendôme, Amboise and Blois. The highlight of the accommodation is the large spaces, perfect for accommodating a large family. The kitchen is one of the largest and best equipped I've had on Airbnb. The outdoor space is very beautiful, with barbecue, pond and outdoor furniture. The bedding could be improved (a little soft for our taste). The stairs to access the 1st floor also because the steps are very narrow and therefore not suitable for young children.

I only stayed one night, but I was very well looked after. The accommodation was warm and pleasant, and I particularly appreciated the small touches that made me feel immediately comfortable. A very good experience, I recommend it without hesitating!

Very nice house, peaceful and quiet. We had a lovely little weekend with the family. Thanks again for leaving games for our 2-year-old daughter who was well entertained with them, as well as the swing and slide 🙂 Accommodation within walking distance to the equestrian park, and restaurants which is very convenient!

a real slice of heaven with plenty of things to do on site. the calm was in order and we were lucky enough to enjoy the sun and the beautiful outdoors.

Laurent's place matches the listing, we found the places clean and very well equipped, it felt like home, in a beautiful environment. A 2'drive away, we rented bikes from Canoë Company at a very good price and took a bucolic walk along the Cher to Chenonceau castle (amazing view!) Close to the bike rental company, we drank a drink and ate divine pastries at Bistrot Quai, charming bosses. In short, Laurent's is an address to keep in mind!

The place is just perfect. The bedding is good and the sheets smell good. The garden is very welcoming. Apart from saying that everything was excellent, I can't say anything more! I'll be back

We were welcomed by Christine and her husband to this lovely cottage which adjoins their home and is set in a peaceful spot. Christine was quick to respond when contacted prior and during our stay and throughout our stay was discrete. The accommodation is very comfortable and well equipped, Christine also provided sufficient bread, jam, milk etc. for breakfast throughout our stay. The cottage is centrally located to visit chateaux’s in the Loire and Cher valleys and a highlight of our stay was a day at Zoo Parc de Beauval. We very much enjoyed our stay and have no hesitation in recommending a stay here

I cannot recommend this home more. Arnaud was the most welcoming host, inviting us to dine with his family and learn about the history of the house. He was thoughtful and kind. I wish we’d had more time to talk! I know that we’ll be back. The weather was typical Loire spring (on and off rain, hot afternoons followed by cool evenings) and I’d love to come again and spend even longer here. I didn’t get enough of the gardens and walking along the property. It’s also so easy to get to anywhere you need to go for riding bikes or visiting cathedrals or chateaux. I can’t recommend it enough!

The cottage is very comfortable and has a very pleasant and peaceful setting. We had a bachelor party and were able to fully enjoy the available space, whether inside to play board games or outside with the barbecue and brazero. Thank you to Laurence and her husband for hosting and being available throughout this weekend!

Naima and her husband were really EXCELLENT! Helpful, welcoming, very responsive, caring 😊 Our son very particularly enjoyed the pool where he had a great time with the children in the other lots of the cottage. We recommend it.

We had a lovely stay at Frédéric's. The space was spacious and very clean. The beds had been prepared in advance. Check in time was flexible. Frédéric was also accommodating and communicative. We recommend their place.

We stayed here for a week with a group of 12 and found the home to be perfectly sized. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out if wanted and still enough spaces for us all to come together. The grounds and area in general are stunning and very peaceful. You absolutely need a car to get around to anything. The nearest towns are small and charming and Tours is only about 40min away. It's important to note the second floor has 2 showers, so the bedrooms with the single beds (pink and green) must share with the turquoise room, or walk through the blue room to use theirs. The water is hot but the top floor has low pressure if anyone else is showering. The house and furnishings show their age but it's very comfortable and charming. All of Pierre's recommendations were lovely - we did the carriage ride and hired a private chef (Morgan) both with great success. I would definitely recommend the stay again it was such a relaxing week and a great hub to all the Loire chateaux.

We came to spend a weekend with friends to enjoy the Game Fair, and we rented this place and what a surprise! Flawless accommodation. Equipped, tidy, and clean. A welcoming and very pleasant host. Very nice small townhouse, easy to access in a lively neighborhood. Very nice renovation, with quality materials. Small kitchen very well thought out with all the amenities you need for cooking. The bedding is perfect, the bed very well made, a spacious and very clean bathroom like the rest of the house. We'll be there again. Angéline

We liked Caroline's apartment very much and felt at home immediately! This is a quiet neighborhood but very conveniently located to the main attractions (Chambord, Chenonceau, Blois and Beauval). The apartment was sparkling clean and you have everything you need for a cozy family vacation. All amenities are as described and functional. There is also a garage, but on the street you will always find sufficient parking spaces. Caroline is very friendly and always easy to reach. We would come back next year and are looking forward to it, thank you so much!

We had a lovely stay at this gorgeous gite. The house was comfortable and very clean! It was a great base for us to explore many chateaus within the region. We loved this place and would highly recommend and hope to return to one day.

The place is absolutely stunning - super spacious, stylish, has everything one may need on vacation and even more. The terrace is a jem - we enjoyed our breakfasts on the terrace. The area is very serene and quiet. And Celine is an amazing host, extremely helpful and responsive. Definitely would recommend and would dream of returning again!
