Our House is located in the Ria Formosa Natural Park, right in front of the Salt flats around Tavira and Cabanas where the Algarve cycle path from the very east of the Algarve runs all along the coastline towards the western end. Enjoy the stunning sea views from the upper terrace, the covered patio in the little garden or take a walk into nature to watch various birds. The local beach is a 25-30 min walk away as well as the center of Tavira with its many restaurants, bars/cafés and boutiques.

At the same distance you will also find the Paseo de la Ría, the food market, the Nuevo Colombino football stadium, and the train station. The nearest beaches are only 15 minutes away by car, and there are several golf courses in the surrounding area. The closest airports are Seville and Faro (Portuguese Algarve), both connected by highway just one hour away.
