Since fall 2019, the cottage has been shining above Flims at 1500 meters above sea level. During construction, great attention was paid to quality, regionality and above all longevity, as well as attention to detail – these are the ingredients that make our cottage so unique! The fantastic location promises a lot of peace and quiet all year round, ski-in and ski-out in winter as well as in summer, hiking or bike tours right on your doorstep far away from the hustle and bustle and noise. The Chammweid vacation home is located in the countryside on Gamserberg at approx. 950 meters above sea level. The location is quiet and offers a magnificent view over the St. Galler Rheintal and a magnificent mountain backdrop all around. The large seating area invites you to enjoy nature and simply unwind. This Newly renovated cottage is situated in the beautiful Mountains over looking the Walensee, with spectacular views of the Churfirsten. Transport is recommended , but its just a 10min walk down Oberterzen, where you find the cable car to go up to Flumserberg ski resort. (Ski in or out, only when there is enough snow) Or a 5 min drive down to Unterterzen where there is great swimming in Summer, other Restaurants, Supermarket, Bank, Post office, Train station, etc. We have a no pet policy

Dating back to 1470, this wonderful chalet has so much charm and character. In 'Casa Felice' you will find quiet and calm. The apartment has all the modern amenities you wish for and breathtaking views of the Signina mountain range to enjoy. There is a fully equipped kitchen with dining and a stone fireplace. An ensuite bedroom and a separate bedroom / living area. There is also a garden where you can request to use to BBQ and enjoy the sun. Parking is available in the nearby carpark.

If you want to escape everyday life and love nature, you have come to the right place. The vacation home is located above Urnäsch in the agricultural zone at 1000 meters above sea level. It is the ideal starting point for various hiking routes. Parking spaces are available for 4 vehicles. By arrangement, more can also be provided. Also ideal for birthdays, family celebrations, and friends' gatherings. If required, a traditional youth formation of string music can be organized.

The house is located about 15 / 20 minutes by car from some of the areas finest ski resorts like Mellau / Damüls, about 35 / 40 minutes to Austrias best and largest ski destination, the Arlberg, which is connected via Schröcken / Warth by direct cable car connection.

The cozily furnished studio (first floor) is located at 800 meters above sea level in a quiet residential area. From the sunny seating area you can enjoy a magnificent view of the Alpstein (Säntis). A grill bowl is available there. The bus or Appenzellerbahn train can be reached within a 10-minute walk. Within 10 km there are various leisure facilities (mini golf, swimming pools, hiking, skiing, biking).
